I dont even know where to start with Brent or brett whatever his name is he is beyond shady i bought a 2003 ford explorer from him a few weeks ago i have driven the car for a total of 4 days in the last month the car broke down right after it barely passed emissions i ended up having to have it towed to his lot bcuz it wouldnt even start then after 2 weeks of him having the vehicle and him supposedly fixing a few sensors and my husband changing the ignition coil and spark plugs he tells us its the catlyct converter and he can not fix it but has a friend at a shop that can fix it for maybe $200 at this point I just wanted the car away from him so I took it to a reputable shop where they agreed it was the catlyct converter one of which had completely blown up and the other was full of debri and junk you could not even look into it, so with another $800 i had to throw to this "FANTASTIC" car the shop owner explained to me that this problem had to have been there long before i bought the vehicle so in that case Brent knew about it since he swears the inspection he does on his vehicles are A1 so in my opinion this man did something to the car so that it would run long enough to pass emissions i expressed to this man this car was specifically to move my 5 year old and 3 month old around in and he swore we would be good never in life will i allow anyone i know to buy from this man. So now my car is home and i have to come out of more money and pay a trustworthy person to fix it correctly. Please do not buy from this man!!!!! I will be taking as much action against this dealership as possible. Taking advantage of me and money does not settle well with me.

I have looked at the red mazda speed6 for months. After doing research on this particular car, I knew what to look for when visiting the lot. Sure enough the rust issues on the brake drums and cylinders was present. Looked under the car and the tail pipes and mufflers are rusted, one tailpipe was totally rusted through. the side walls in the tire wells were rusted, broken fog light etc. That was 3 months ago. Went back last weekend to look at the purple mazdaspeed6 and the red one is still sitting there. Looked at the car again, same issues except now the tire wells have a cover to hide the rust damage I saw earlier. The rusted tailpipe and muffler is still there of course. This car is way overpriced from the issues I saw myself, let alone what they havent said. Their website states it has a new clutch and exhaust which is obviously not true and explains why the car has been sitting there so long. The lot looks like a dump and I inquired online about the latter car and received a number to call and when I did the person answered like they were at home and not at a place of business. Steer clear or you will be screwed. And lastly do your research on the type of car you are interested in to see the common issues. I am on my 3rd brand new Mazda 6 in 5 years so know the brand pretty well and have always wanted a speed6 as a second car and the reported issues with the care I definitely saw in person with this pos on the lot.

I showed up at 10am, had to wait until 10:10 for Brett to show up. It took until 10:30 for us to be able to test drive the vehicle we were looking at. There had been no repairs done to the car - park brake was disconnected, just a trace of oil on the dip stick, leaking power steering pump/lines, brakes were in need of replacement, worn out shocks (there was 1 new one on the vehicle), cracked exhaust manifold, worn out spark plugs, mismatched tires, the car was filthy inside and out. The price we negotiated reflected the $1000 in parts Id need to buy for it (doing the work myself). Brett specifically told me that he doesnt mark titles or bills of sale "exempt" from mileage - when the title arrived 3 weeks later, in his handwriting, the mileage was noted as EXEMPT. When I asked for some oil to top off, he offered to perform an oil change for free. The skid plate was removed to do the oil change, when I was performing the rest of the repairs I noted that most of the bolts that hold on the skid plate were gone. The kid who did the oil change was a far cry from a competent mechanic. One star off for no repairs done, one star returned for the oil change, one star off for missing skid plate hardware, and one star off for mileage. From what I can tell, he buys cars at auction and does as little as possible to them. If youre looking for a good deal on a mechanics special, then I cant recommend B Quality enough.

There is nothing classy, professional, or just good in general, about this lot. These guys are complete and total idiots, and the lot was just gross. They didnt clean anything to include any of the cars. I went to check out a BMW M3 that had been on Craigslist for months and this car was a total piece of crap in person. It had been in an accident according to its CarFax, which he lied about. The interior was falling apart (rips and holes everywhere and MISSING PIECES), the check engine light was on and he said it was because the convertible was messed up (THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A SECOND) the powersteering did not work (I asked about it and he lied saying it was unhooked, however everything was perfectly fine and still there), the steering linkage was the most worn out thing Ive ever seen (you almost couldnt shift the car), the battery was dead, the front tire was flat and within our five minute test drive - it went flat again. My conclusion is that the guy wanted 5.5k for it and coming from a mechanic that has owned the same car, I wouldnt pay $1500 for this car. I now know why nobody wants this car.

Worst experience ever!!! Watch for Brett (little guy in big glasses, aka. minion) at first impression he is friendly, polite and nice even will tell you “incredible stories” about his business and clients but in reality he acts like mentally ill person with bipolar. Minion will lie and eventually steal your money by his fraudulent business practices and you don’t want to know how ignorant, arrogant and vulgar maniac he really is. Good advice: Stay away from this bully monster and don’t even stop by at his place, just go to the people next door who are normal people and trust me you will be glad you did!!! If you decide to still visit this shabby place ask that nerd why he got kicked off of his lot in Denver??? He will never tell you the truth, that his very bad reputation was the reason why his former land lord wanted him out so badly and that is why minion moved to Lakewood. BTW If there would be an option to give minion no star in here or better yet negative I would do so without a single heartbeat.

SHADY SHADY!! Brett acts all nice when your looking to buy a vehicle then, when you have an issue, ( like wont pass emissions)! He will take parts off other cars in his lot to Band-Aid. Then he offers this referral cash if you refer someone, thats a joke. Three months later and havent seen a dime. Oh yea and read your paper work and see that there is a dealer handling fee on there! It is worked into the deal, because 3 months later he will call and say you still owe him it. BS learn how to do your paperwork Brett its in the deal. And by the way when you call him with problems and they say he will call you back, they are lying he calls no one back!!!! Dont buy a car from him!!!! And by the way how he gets his good reviews, he promises free oil change on vehicle if you give him a good review, and he will never do the oil change!!!!!!
