This review is not for this office, but AT&T and their customer service in general, but since they represent AT&T and a customer will have to deal with them eventually, I feel like its all the same. My story: Local tech (great person) told me I could upgrade from 17 to 45 mg service, when I first ordered it rep said 17 is all i can get. After 1hr+ hold time and phone rep saying that first person I talked to on the phone didnt log out of my account, I was going to get a call back, once everything is resolved. Needless to say, no call back. Next day phone rep says 24 is all I can get. AT&T: get your S&^%t together, this has been the most frustrating experience ever for me! In my home or work, I chose Comcast or whoever else possible before you guys. The only time its AT&T is when nothing else is available at better speeds.

Worst AT&T store I have ever visited in my life. Everytime I go its worse. I waited two hours and then when it was my turn they said sorry we cant help you were closing now. No one who works there is knowledgeable about any of their products, its like talking to a wall. Would never recommend going to this store, even if it was a last resort.

I was helped almost immediately after I arrived and I wasnt pressured to buy anything I didnt need/want. The lady that helped me was named Yo, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this location.
