I went to this store to upgrade my phone when it became eligible for an upgrade. At first, Brynn was very helpful and said they would price-match to the AT&T website (same new phone, not refurbished). It turned out my phone was out of stock, so she called the Roseville store for me, who did have it in stock. This week, since I hadnt had a chance to make it to Roseville, I called the Yuba City store in advance. They had my phone back in stock again. So I made the trip into the store, only this time, I was told they DONT price-match at all! To their OWN website! Annoyed, I drove all the way to the Roseville store where Brynn had called, only to find out they would only price-match on NEW activations, not contract renewals. AT&T needs to get their act together, especially at their retail locations.

Upgraded to an iPhone last night. When I got home, we noticed the screen was popped up on one corner. Talked to Apple care who said to bring it back to the AT&T store because it was defective out of the box and legally the point of sale needs to exchange it. Brought the phone back this morning and showed them the problem. The manager said no problem so i wiped the phone and the rep started working the exchange. He went back to get a replacement but instead came out and said they couldnt do it all of a sudden and refused to help me. Poor service and a violation of California Civil Code section 1723. I will be filing a complaint per the Attorney Generals Office of California.

Went in for a simple device purchase (no help needed) ten minutes before they close. The nice guy who greets you said the queue to wait was 20 minutes, but they did have the part I need. I asked if I should wait? He said no, they close in ten minutes so Im out of luck. I was welcome to return another day. How did ATT employees begin to rate lower than a visit to the DMV? I bet the Sprint or Verizon stores within sight would have been more helpful. Save your energy and go anywhere else!

Horrible service! I was waiting over an hour and asked the male service rep how much longer and he basically said if i cant wait i can leave. If i knew his name i would turn him in. Bad service
