Bought a phone here durring a promotion i was suposed to get a free case, screen protecter and a car charger their employe could not figure out the computer and was told they would call me when it was figured out week and a half went by no call stopped by today and was told the promo had ended and all he could do was a 10% discount horrible people to deal with wouldnt even honor their mistake as a business owner my self i would never treat people like that even if i had to pay out of my ouw pocket terible servise the manager wouldnt even talk to me 0 stars never going back

Ryan and Nancy at ;the store in Livermore have been very helpful over several visits. They have been very patient with a seemingly endless amounts of trivial problems that I come over with. They and other members of the staff have gotten me through a number of devices over the last two plus years. Their help has been greatly appreciated.

Terrible service, told us we would get a free case and car charger, but instead tried to put it on the service contract with monthly payments. They couldnt get the computer to renew our old plan so they wanted to change plans and then switch it back. I felt like a bait and switch thing was going on. I will never go back!

Have been to the store 8 times to correct my bill. Was promised promotions and a smaller bill than ATT. This time I wanted to speak to the Regional Manager. Manager of the store said she could not give out his information, however he would be there Friday but she did not know when..

Great Customer service from Ryan! He is awesome! He made sure that I get the best deal and discount available. The 3 other men were very helpful too with other customers who walked in. Out of 3 Sprint stores that I visited, this one is the friendliest and the best!
