There are never enough staff available in this store, though the couple that are, are usually very helpful and nice and for that I give 2 stars. But The the fish in the aquariums are always sick. Ive actually spotted ick on them, and half the bettas are dead, or almost dead, due to horrendous water conditions. The birds are always over-crowded and some sick sitting on the Floor of their containers breathing heavily. The cats available for adoption are always dirty with their litter and feces scattered everywhere in their cages, which again, is probably due to there always being so little staff. It is very sad to see many of these animals suffering or living in gross conditions. This company really needs to greatly improve their animal care.

The older guy is a jerk! I asked for someone to help fit our puppy in a harness and he was straight up mean to her. She tried to get away from him the moment she saw him, but he kept yanking her and he pinned her down on her back multiple times. She was literally snarling and barking at him when he did that. She yelpd at one point like she got hurt. I was pissed. He also was very arrogant and rude to me, basically said i was stupid for having a baby and a puppy in front of another customer, and had no respect for me as her owner and didnt give puppy space when i asked. The store is filthy, and prices are outrageous. I was very disappointed and will never go again.

Bought a few platy fish from here. Within 2 weeks all but one were dead from the tapeworms they brought into my tank. Luckily they were the only fish in that tank. Do not buy fish here. They looked great upon purchase and I thought they were healthy. After treating the survivor with a dewormer I was very easily able to confirm that the fish in fact had tapeworms. Please spare yourself the pain I went through trying to save my fish.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. The animals and fish are well cared for by knowledgeable staff, which is a rare thing to find in corporate pet supply stores. Only downside is either the store is under-staffed, or there are major scheduling issues. Though you may wait a little bit for customer service, it is worth the wait.

Place is clean and friendly! The haircut was ok and he smelled nice. Gave it a 3 star since it was ok, I think I will be back. Was better than the last place I went which was closer to my house and cheaper but the cost differance was worth the peice of mind that my dog was in good hands once I left and was out of site.

I always thought people who came here with animals had issues, then my son gets a dog and that silly dog stole my heart and now Im one of them crazy pet owners who come in here with their pet shopping for them. Lol my dog thinks this is the best place ever. Hahaha

Waited 5 minutes to buy fish, when no one came to help I asked a cashier for help. Waited another 10 minutes before leaving and still wasnt helped. Not great customer service.

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. I always take my dogs here to get groomed. Prices are a little high. I would reccomend it over petsmart.
