If I was able to give them zero stars, I would!!!!! I loved the pet smart back in Davis, so when I moved here, I immediately located the nearest one. That was a big mistake. The manager is rude, irresponsible and crazy!!! I brought my dog into the groomers, left, and waited for the call. After 3 hours, I called just to check up on her, as it did not look busy, and I only asked for a simple shave, she was not matted at all, so I figured it would only take an hour, maybe 2 max(she only 20lbs). When I called, she sounded very worried, she then transferred me to the manager. The manager starts off by COMPLAINING about how much trouble she was(all of my groomers in the past have told me that shes amazing, and nothing phases her)!!!! Then he casually says that she is fine and yo meet him at a Dr Rons vet office. It turns out that they shaved off her dual claw!!!!!!!! Not once did anyone even apologize to me, but rather they blamed it on my dog!!!!!!! I could go on and on about everything else that goes on in that place, but end of story it awful!!!!!!! The only good thing in that place is the little cat adoption area, but sadly I personaly can no longer bring myself to set foot in that store to see them.

The star is only here because with out it I could not tell my story. Really Google? I "HAD" used PetSmarty for the last 7 years but after the visit 4 and a half hours really ! I had yesterday I will NEVER use PetSmart Grooming or any of its affiliates again. I dropped my dogs off at 5 pm and was told after I called at 7:30 it would be another hour and a half. I was never informed at the beginning of my visit of the time frame. I talked with 2 managers and never got so much as an apology or a discount and was treated as if it were my fault. I told them to have my dogs ready I was going to pick them up and and when I got there they were still working on one of them. That dog was cut physically her skin was cut. The unprofessional attitude and dis-concern for my dogs and myself is unacceptable. They did not even give me a receipt or a Grooming Report Card.

I used to enjoy shopping here, but each visit revealed more and more how much it is about the merchandise and not the animals. Ive been a small animals specialist for nearly twenty years, and genuinely dislike how their rodents are displayed, handled (rather, never handled, considering every one Ive been introduced to is skittish as all hell), and sold. After seeing dwarf hamsters riddled with bite marks and covered in blood, cowering in their cages from their aggressor (when I informed the caretaker of this, she rolled her eyes and reluctantly went to handle the issue by poking at the frightened ones), and after purchasing a single fish that wiped out my entire aquarium with Ich, I wont be trusting them again.

HECK YA ANIMALS! They got hamsters and reptiles and birds and fish and crickets and cats and dogs! And all the stuff to take care of them too, most of the staff is cool. Even if they dont know how to answer your question, theyll help you find someone who does. Plus they got dog sweaters! Two things they dont have are chinchillas and rabbits which is a bit disappointing.

i have 3 dogs i took them all there to be groomed. All they did wa wash them, i paid for their glands to be squeezed they didnt do it to any of them they also didnt brush their teeth which i paid extra for and they didnt clip their nails, when i called to tell them they wer extremely rude...........dont take your pets here

Its convenient to always find my frozen turtle food. Can watch the dogs grooming process. Friendly staff ready to help. My dog had her picture taken with Santa. All around good facilities with alot of food choices, clothes for dogs and toys.

I have been taking Bella to Natalie for a few years now. It is all about finding the right groomer. I followed Natalie when she moved from the Newbury Park Petsmart to the Simi Valley store. She is excellent and worth the extra drive.

We go to the dog training here once a week, we have been doing it for about 6 months now and our Lucy has learned a lot and the trainer is very nice and knows his stuff. Store is clean and everyone is knowledgeable.

Come here for adoptions! Get a kitty any day of the week! More cats and kittens available on the weekends. Fosters also needed. The staff at Petsmart are very helpful and Pink Paws runs the adoptions.

Pet food and supplies, when you need them, at a great price! PetPerks is also great, for if you dont have your receipt for a return they can just look it up via your PetPerks phone number.

Convenient location, good parking, grooming salon quality is hit or miss. They do have a complete Satisfaction Policy and have refunded me for a poor grooming.
