I made an appt for both of my dogs a week ago, one for today and one for Monday at 3:00. I got there at 3:00 today and of course its going to be someone new and I wanted to meet her first. First the guy couldnt find the appt, then told me she was at lunch after making an appt. for 3:00. Since this is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this store, I wont go back. I canceled the Monday appt. Whoever manages this place needs to learn to manage their employees. You dont make an appt and then go to lunch. You just lost my business for both dogs.

Avoid taking your dog to this grooming place at all costs! The only good groomers that used to be there (Shannon and Rene) and both are gone. The Dept Mgr (Jordon) has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen, just plain rude :( If there was an option to give this groomer a no star, I would!

The employees are kind and helpful. They offer many items, even Chi for dogs! Go in if you recently adopted any animal and they will give a booklet of coupons for your new animal. The prices are excellent on some things and high on others. They have a selection of outfits for dogs too.

Customer service is less than desirable. The young kids working there are about as helpful as a knot on a log. Sorry PetSmart... I like a little enthusiasm with my customer service.
