Very poorly managed location. They double charged my card, when I called the manager to work it out, she was quite rude and denied she ever spoke to me (she gave me her name herself at the time of my original purchase). Waist of time to get my $ back. Sounds like this manager does not have the best reputation in the local community. Ill be contacting the corporate office and file a formal complaint. It was not only bad work etiquette but bordering illegal. I understand it was not intentional, but once confronted w/the proof that it was a mistake on their part, the store should ease up a bit, and try to keep the customers happy. Isnt that one of the first things they teach you in business school Mrs. manager?

My husband and I went there with the intent to purchase fish. We tried for 45 minutes to get someone to help us with no luck. One employee helped another lady right next to us get her fish, but when we tried to get her attention she said she was busy and walked away. We walked out empty handed. We are not happy at all. Well be taking our fish purchases to petsmart. Weve never had a problem with them

Petco isnt an animal specialty shop; most of their employees are part-time high school students. They arent marine biologist, despite what the beta-fish person thinks. Its an inexpressive pet supply store. This one is located close to the Animal Shelter, so you can get your new (or old) pet cleaned up before you bring them home. It was quick and easy. Everyone was nice.

The staff had little to NO knowlege of the animals. I bought my daughter a beta fish there over the weekend. I went seeking information and they couldnt answer any of my questions. When I told the manager, she was very rude and gave me total attitude. I will never shop Petco again. Buy your pets elsewhere!!!

They have a variety of food choices for your pets. I prefer non grain, and foods that have real meat as opposed to by-products. Great rewards program and customer service!

We get our malamute Koda groomed here and they do an excellent job! The staff is always very friendly to us and I wouldnt take him anywhere else. :)

Get the dogs their food from here and the treats are always liked by my little ones. Plus you can always bring your dog which makes it great!
