Took my cat to get groomed, a simple shave job. Quoted me $50-$60, when I went in to pick up my cat they claimed she had over knotted hair and it was going to cost $70!! My cat sheds a lot!! So we brush her twice a day with both an undercoat brush and a bristle brush...needless to say she has absolutely no knots in her fur. The cut also turned out terrible!! Fur lentgh is uneven, you can see trimmer marks and huge lines cut into the fur, and there are large tuffs of uncut fur on her leg,s rear end, and around her belly. The manager refunded me half of the $70 but not the tip!! We tipped thinking it was a good cut, but when we got home we found out otherwise!! Definitely will not return here ever again! Im also skeptical about how my animal was treated, she was absolutely terrified when I picked her up, so much so that she had urinated on her self in the carrier. She has never ever ever done that before, even on previous trips to another groomer.

We have 5 Shih Tzus (between our daughter and us).... We have been taking our Dogs to Bark Em, for a couple of years now, for grooming. They do a very nice job. Teeth are included (which you cannot always find) - and the staff is very friendly. We also buy our pet food here, and they carry the top/healthy brands. They are also a good option for overnight care - if you are out of town and need that.......... We are very picky and have left groomers when they did not follow instructions properly and/or take the time to work thru ear mats, etc. We recommend Bark Em 100%!!!!

I love taking my crazy Aussie border collie mix here for daycare. She gets mentally stimulated and it keeps her happy. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The place is very clean and I like the variety of dog treats and food they have to offer. This place is just awesome, never disappointing and always a good experience.

Wide selection of pet foods and supplements. Our dog is in her senior years and her diet seems ton change yearly and they have the solutions! Craig, the owner, is well versed on all the products and how they fit our dogs particular needs as she ages.

I love taking my Lady for day care and plus I can have her groomed and ready to go by the time I get off work. The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly, they pamper the pets. My labradoodle loves going.

Good array of premium and mid-tier natural kibble brands but, I came here for the raw food. They had a rather nice selection to choose from. Keep up the good work, Bark Em!
