I dont like giving bad reviews and I am the type who will see the positive more than the negative, but I was incredibly disappointed and disturbed by the lack of concern the GROOMING salon staff displayed when I pointed out to them that my dogs foot was bleeding because the person that clipped his toenails cut too close. The kids name was Cody. First of all, Cody did not come back out to acknowledge what he had done. (He was in the back?) Instead, we were "dealt" with by a girl named Mandy who told us:"sometimes when you cut the nail too close you could cut the vein." I responded to the effect that: "the reason we brought him here so that we would avoid that if we did it ourselves." (Aren t they supposed to be experts at this - thats why we pay them, right?) No response - SILENCE. There were about 5 groomers in that place and no one responded to my comment. Not even Mandy. Oh - and the salon manager came out. After she was notified by another groomer (Mona?) of what happened, guess what she did? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Her name- Veronica. She did not look at us or acknowledge our presence. How absolutely disappointing and HOW RUDE. And shes the manager, mind you. I am so upset at the lack of empathy. When they handed me back my dog, all I got was a very nonchalant "sorry about that." NO offers of refund or discount for a future service. I mean - empathy would have been sufficient. Geez! Unbelievable! I will never take my dog back to this place again.

What a horrible experience!! Last sundayI took my dog for a check up and it was agree with the veterinarian that we will come back today Tuesday fir his shots, and and what a big surprise when today after I pay my bill they have the audacity to charge me $49.99 for the visit which they claim that they did a check up again, which I replied that I just paid for a check up 2 days ago and Jessica replied that that the my dog never had a check up done and I told her again that we took him for a check up 2 days ago and she replied that we had to pay $49.99 for an office visit every time regardless! Very disappointed to be taking advantage like that by the Charlatans at Banfield Pet Hospital

I went here a few times for my dogs grooming. Scheduled an appointment with groomer Amy and had to cancel last minute. We went to her before in the past but since we cancelled last minute, she gave us an ATTITUDE and said she would NOT be grooming our dog anymore. Ok cool fine with us. But the times we did take our dog there, she always came out shooken up a little bit. Tell me why? Someone please clarify this!? DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO PETSMART TO BE GROOMED. Look elsewhere

When "my" PetSmart (on my side of town) has a product seemingly online and on sale, I order it for pick-up. Then I find out I have to go and pick it up at the Stevenson Ranch location -- a 12-mile one-way drive for me, damnit to hell. Why IS that?! ANYWAY, despite the waste of gasoline, its nice to get to THAT location, because the employees are very nice to me.

DO NOT BUY FISH HERE. I bought ten neons, all dead within three days. Then the slaughter began. I lost twenty fish in four days. Some ten years old, some seven years old. Angels, rose line sharks, etc. Had to drain tank an scrub it clean just because the fish from here carried a parasite.

Amanda at the grooming salon was attentive, friendly, and she listened closely to how I wanted my doggy to be groomed. I will definitely make her our groomer. At the cashiers, the young man, didnt get his name, was awsome. Great customer service.
