They are the worst. They treat the animals like abused cattle. When we compalined about the way our dog was treated the manager said we were not welcome there anymore when we called corporate to complain we were just another number. If you live in the Westlake Village/ Thousand Oaks area there is another place just around the corner called PAWFECT that is where we take are dog now they do a great job and love the animals. I do however want to give thumbs up to the vet that works out of Petsmarts location he is a great vet and truly cares.

Terrible staff, act like they hate your dog! We have a 12 year old Pomeranian, have had him groomed 4 times a year his whole life, first place we have EVER had a problem. Got a sullen groomer who acted like she never handled a dog in her life, completely incompetent, got our animal terribly upset. We complained to the store manager, never again. Love your dog? Go somewhere else.

Benn there today to give my 2 pound chihuahua a nail cut,they wanted all vaccination rabbi shot record etc...one mile away i had it done in les than a minute no drama and for $ 10.00 bucks....adios petsmart

Seems possibly understaffed? Saw a ton of people shaving dogs, but stood in a 6 person line, because only one lane was open. Also, no one asked me if I was finding everything alright, etc.

We have always had a great experience here, with staff and all 3 doctors. We have always gotten a follow up call the day after a procedure and our dogs have been treated very well.

My dog was roughly handled and got a nosebleed. Staff did not call me, and casually told me when I came in after 2 hours and he was not yet ready. Will not take back.

Great location for dog grooming. The staff is good at grooming and very friendly. Nice location near grocery, office supplies, and fast food shopping.
