Went there to get information about dog training, the ladies there were very nice and eager to help me. One of the girls there offered to call the dog trainer for him to explain how everything worked. I had my son with me and he was getting a little annoyed of waiting and so was I but I understood that the dog trainer was on his lunch. So I waited, the dog trainer came out of his lunch and was told that I needed to talk to him he looked my way and went back in to the back of the store the second time he came out he was told again I was waiting and didnt even attempt to approach me. He decided to talk to someone else and when I looked back he was gone. I found this very rude and poor customer service he has. One of the girls apologized and I understood this wasnt her fault. I will not be taking my puppy here to get trained by this Jeff guy. Waste of time.

THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, I BOUGHT A DIRTY CAGE THAT I REALLY NEEDED, AND EVEN WHEN I HAD THEM DUST IT OFF THEY DID NOT CLEAN RIGHT SO I HAD TO FINISH THE JOB MYSELF I HAD TAKEN OFF EVERYTHING AND DIDNT END UP USING IT BECAUSE I NEVER GOT TO GET THE PET I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE, SO WHEN I TRIED CALLING TO SEE IF I COULD RETURN IT WITHOUGHT A RECEIPT THEY SAID I COULD SHOW MY STATEMENT AND BRING THE PETCO MEMBER CARD FOR A FULL REFUND ON GOOD CONDITION, I DROVE ALL THE WAY TO PETCO BEFORE CLOSING AND WHEN I GOT THERE THE "MANAGER" SAID I WOULD GET A REFUND IN STORE CREDIT , WHAT KIND OF MESS IS THAT!!!!! THE DAY HAD GONE BAD AND THEY ONLY MADE IT WORST , I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

I like this Petco because theres a lot of parking and when I checked out she gave me the discount even though I didnt have my card on me its very clean and they provide other services as far as pet grooming I go there to get greenies for my dog they have a lot of bird supplies and cat supplies and other animals supplies they have a great toy section
