So my mom decided to take our yorkies here to get groomed, instead of our usual place because it was a little bit cheaper. Never again. Our dogs have bumps/warts on them just from them getting old, and these people cut every single one, along with knicking their knees/legs whilst cutting their hair, granted my mom forgot to tell them about the bumps.. Now explain to me how you hit every little bump on them AFTER bathing them. The bumps are completely noticeable, and especially if your supposed to be an "expert groomer" you shouldve saw/felt them while you were bathing each dog before you even started cutting their hair. Unprofessional, uncaring, and then acted like nothing happened when we picked them up, they said nothing about cutting the bumps or anything. COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED. By the way this happened yesterday August 4th, dropped them off at 2pm.

The fish section is disgusting the tanks are always looking dirty you can see the fish waist on the gravel and the glass always turning green i dont know what they did to the old workers they had when they used to be on Oxnard Blvd the tanks were always clean! Back then and fully stocked.... They need to keep up on the maintenance its just bad poor fish SMH.. The only thing i like from there is that i buy my dog food and the cashiers are friendly ill change my review ones they fix the fish section

Friendly staff, clean facility and fantastic Vets. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my animals back for any reason... especially if Dr. Wray is on call. Her bedside manner and professionalism not only put my fears aside, but also prescribed a course of treatment that has benefited my dogs quality of life ever since. Highly Recommend!!!

Went in to check out the snakes. It took us a few minutes to get the attention of an associate but they were pretty busy.. the girl that helped us was very knowledgeable about them. She handled them like a pro and it was obvious she truly cares about what she does. It was overall a great visit.

Employees are usually pretty friendly. They have many options for dogs, clothes, toys, leashes, collars, harnesses. They have a little bit of everything. We usually get all of our fish from them, they are always healthy, & thrive after bringing them home.

All staff from the front cash registers, to the grooming, to the Banfield hospital services are great. I take my dog, 7 months now, here for all services and they treat her wonderfully and Im satisfied with their fair prices and options available.

Friendly sure but the staff over in the vet area continuously show incompetence with working with the animals. Ive had my cat not given an a compelete appointment so many times because they "couldnt work with her".
