The first time I went to get my dog groomed they butched him! i told them not to go too short and i got back my dob and you could see the skin of my dog! thats how short it was! They said it was due to a whole bunch of knots but i brush my dog every day! i think they were just lazy and didnt really know what they were doing. The next time I decided maybe i should give them another chance because its right down the street but they did the same thing again except this time my dog got an eye infections and it had cuts all over him from the trimmer. Not only did they do a horrible job but they charged me a whole bunch extra this time and I asked to talk to a manager and i wrote down my phone number and they never called back! VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have warned many people about this place and even they have heard bad things! take your money else where it will be worth it! canine castle is my new favorite place!

This is one of the yuckiest Petcos Ive ever been to. It desperately needs updating to most of the store, namely the bird enclosures, which are chipping and rusty. The set up for those birds is terrible. Food is right next to the water and the birds water is always filthy. Husbandry at petco seems to be an ongoing issue, but Ive been to remodeled Petco stores that make this particular store look like the ghetto. Its in T.O. for goodness sakes! It should be one of the good ones, but it is awful. Even the bathroom is grosser than a gas stations.

I went in the store today, and Bob was awesome! He helped me pick out a least for Stuart my new English bulldog. Every time I go in the store I feel at home and love the way I treated. I cant wait for Stuart to be old enough to go to the grooming salon
