Im only giving you one star because there is no option for zero stars. this was my first time going to your store and i had two other friends with me. we were all super stoked to go get turtles and even betta fish. we looked everywhere for the betta fish and we found them in these little cups. pretty much dying. we picked one up and it died. treated very poorly and my friends and i were very disappointed. i think this problem should be addressed.

I was so impressed not only by the cleanliness of this store, but the customer service as well. I was warmly greeted when I walked in, and the employees seemed happy to be there. You just dont see that everyday! They even gave me some great tips on how to use the cleaning product I was purchasing at the register. Great customer service goes a long way, keep it up.

This is the best pet store I have ever been in! As a hamster lover I am amazed at their care. (The right Bedding, solid wheels, a good food mix), And the people are so nice and was wiling to help and have a good attitude about it.... I love this store!

Love this store! The groomers are amazing, and always friendly, and Im so happy when theyre on the register because theyre undoubtedly more cheerful than everybody else. Most other workers are pleasant, though there are a few who can be very testy.

Terrible store. Staff is not knowledgeable and sparsely stocked. I went in this morning and waited at the register for almost 5 minutes while the manager started at me unapologetic.
