Today was the 2nd time my family made the trip to Lost Realms. We saw about the "Sloth Encounter" on Instagram and the girls had to take it in. A chance to kiss a Sloth? No passing that up. The staff and owner were collectively amazing. They have the hearts of teachers and took a lot of time to explain their history, the lives of the individual animals and share their passion. The "encounter" costs $40. Not cheap, but where else can this happen? They also said the money from the encounter is being channeled into the enclosure for this Sloth. Thank you for a memorable experience and being so kind to the girls! Im praying for success for the shop and your team as you grow.

What an awesome reptile shop Ive got many reptiles myself and its refreshing to actually see something somebody took time and effort to create. The enclosures are ones youd picture these animals to be in in the wild!. I will be returning every single chance I get and will enter the little reptile zoo every time even if Ive seen them all before. The staff is great even the owners will take time to walk the store with you and help you get everything you need for ur new pet seeing as how its very hard to not get something new with all these amazing creatures and enclosure around you.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes with my wife and 2 kids while the Closing Manger was hitting on another customers wife while the husband was buying Rats. Once the purchase was over the other cashier decided to have show and tell with the same rats the guy just purchased... Workers walked by me multiple times, 2 employees were out on a smoke break and 4 workers were just hanging out chatting in a circle.. At no point did they ever acknowledge, so I left... Great store but the employees are disrespectful children... Spend your hard earned money with people who actually care..

This is a great place to purchase supplies or just come and hang out with the animals. They have fantastic prices and are well staffed with knowledgeable associates. I really like the store layout as it makes it easy to shop and check out the reptiles. Children are best supervised in the store but the staff is welcoming and friendly to patrons of all ages. This store has some of the best prices on reptile supplies aside from the internet. The feeders are good quality and the cheapest in town.

Herp shop...they got you covered. Vast variety of animals to choose from. Not much artificial plant life to look for. As for their zoo...costs $6 for adults. Chaffee zoo costs $7. Not spending $6 for animals thats most likely full size inventory of what they sell. Or kept in tanks not as well maintained as our city zoo.

The place is nice. Its a little warm inside, but its a reptile store, so what can you expect. The "pets" are all displayed well and the staff seems very knowledgeable.They also have a walk through "zoo" area (for an fee) but I did not have the time to check this section out.

I love this reptile shop. Fresno finally has a one stop shop for all reptiles, arachnids , amphibians. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly . Its nice to see familiar faces mixed with new ones . Ive already spent way too much on way too many goodies hahahah .

My first impression was that it was still in development, and that the animals werent all there yet. Thankfully, that proved incorrect. This is quite an interesting place. There was a guy handling a boa, and a turtle free roaming around the zoo. Friendly staff.

The real star of this Pet Store is the "Zoo". Towards the back of the store is a mini zoo-like experience. They had a large tortoise loose for you to engage with and take pictures with; as well as many large window displays with beautiful creatures.

Had my daughters fifth Birthday party here and it was amazing! Big kids and little kids had a great time. Ron went out of his way to get everything I needed for my daughters new pet. The place was large, clean and a lot of fun. Very happy!

Went on a field trip with the children from my work. They really liked all the different pets. Although we did pay more then what was posted for admission.

They have a cool exhibit for a small fee to see exotic reptiles. The rest of the store is also cool to visit.
