I know that people dont generally make a decision 100% off of a bad review but this is one review you will wish you listened to. TERRIBLE customer service from childish and rude JESS/JESSICA. She will inconvenience you JUST BECAUSE SHE CAN and the manager will do nothing about it. I have never written a bad review before but the experience I had at this location was too horrible not to. The customer service and the way I was spoken to was absolutely unacceptable. You can really tell that she hates her job. I was shocked at the level of stupidity and bitchiness displayed by this employee and honestly, having her employed there is a HUGE liability. She does not care and will not be reprimanded if she mistreats you. Consider my experience and GO TO ANY OTHER FEDEX LOCATION BUT THE ONE LOCATED ON MOUNTAIN.

I like getting my packages sent to this location since I am usually not home to sign for deliveries. In that respect, I have had no problem with any of the friendly staff that have worked at this location over the years. That being said, service is extremely slow as they never have more than one employee working a station, nor do they triage any of the jobs to be completed. For example, many times I am third in line and it will take me over 10 minutes for me to pick up a package and leave a signature. Someone could easily have me in and out in under 30 seconds and I would rather not test the boundaries of the people ahead of me by cutting the queue. If there is no line, this place will get you in and out in no problem. The moment even one person is ahead of you, be prepared to wait.

I paid $500.00 dollars to have 2 sets of plans copied. they said I could pick up the following day at 10:00, they called me that day of pick up and said they needed more time, I told them I would pick up the next day to give them more time. I went in to pick up and stupid me for not looking in the bag, I took them thinking for that it would be a professional job from a professional company, boy was I wrong The original plans were stapled back together all wrong and out of alignment and with standard staples, both printed sets were not in order and not even stapled together, you think for 500 dollars you guys could afford 6 staples......WORST JOB EVER!!!!!!!

Extremely rude customer service. First at the store and subsequently on the phone. Called to have them check for a page that I have forgotten on one of thier scaners and the FedEx representative handled the request with the worst possible attitude. First the representative wouldnt even offer to check in the lost and found and then after waiting on hold for him for 10min another worker answered the phone asking me how he can help only to tell me that his coleage checked and didnt find my document. Very dissaponted with my experience at this location and would not return there again.

Ive never been handled rudely here, but I drop off packages here all the time and the employees are desperately slow. An employee working on a print job behind the counter will not come over and help with accepting or shipping packages, even when the line is out the door. Ive frequently waited 15-20 minutes just to get a receipt for a prepaid package, since neither the employees nor the manager ever hustle when theres a longer line. So bottom line - understaffed and underperforming.

I swear the worst customer-service ever they cannot teach me how to print out 3 copies black-and-white and gave me attitude when I asked about it and did not want to refund me when the worker messed up granted it was a few cents and the manager is the worst-ever you are in the business of customer-service and if you cant service your customers I dont know what youre doing here

Lady was extremely rude when I inquired about printing and faxing a document. Did not provide simale direction and seemed irretated when I asked for clarification. This was on Friday, 11/13/15 at 11am. Terrible service and really got me upset and I just ended up leaving bease of it.

Always great service and people working at this store are polite and helpful. I have had a Fed Ex account for years and use the shipping and printing services all the time. Very convenient location for me, as I live up Mountain Avenue in Upland. Keep up the good work

I came here on a Sunday September 20, @5:45 pm. I dont remember the girls name, but there were 2. And I walked in & I asked if she could print out some copies for me.... and she sent me away to the self service kiosk. Rude.
