Dont use them for LiveScan services. They dont know what they are doing. My son brought in a properly completed form as a "Family Daycare" but they sent it in as "Adult Daycare" because my son checked the "Adult resident" box, which he is. The guy refuses to see his mistake and I am out $79.00 and my son did not get "Child Abuse" cleared for my wifes daycare.
