I do at least at a minimum weekly business with this UPS Store in Ladera Ranch. Today I drop off a prepaid UPS ground package that was already labeled and box needed to be taped it was a return of merchandise. I walk in to drop off the box and I am told I have to pay $1 for them to tape the box and this is been their business practice for 2 years because tape is expensive. I informed them that this was a very Petty business practice considering what consumers pay to do business there for other services and I got argument from the two employees telling me that nobody quote nobody ever complains. Really? I find this very hard to believe business is getting harder and harder and customers are harder and harder to come by. It is just as easy to take my business to the mail center from now on in the Albertsons Shopping Center. No customer has to put up with back talk from employees, furthermore EVERY business should think about the service they provide to customers over charging petty fees for like tape when you are in the packaging and sbipping business

Super friendly group of UPS employees work here along with the owner. Since this is the drop off point for all Ladera Ranch Amazon Prime members this store is superb and always helpful. They also have PO Boxes and notary services.
