WOW, this ups store has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. If your thinking of going to this UPS store and your package is very valuable to you, then I recommend you driving a little bit further to the next UPS store or consider FEDEX (so you can get that satisfaction of knowing that your package was delivered and well taken care of). Here is my story, I have a XBOX 360 (value $400) I went down to this particular UPS store to get it shipped out for repairs. I shipped it first class and paid 22.00 dollars for them to box it up for me. Well the place I was shipping it out to hadnt received my package and it was already 6 days since I shipped it. So at this point I was concerned cause I have a online service that I pay for monthly for my XBOX. I called The UPS store where I took it too for shipping and right away they put me on hold. Next I here the employee (which I later find out was the MANAGER) put down the phone and start talking to another employee about Football. They go on and on about football and the position he plays in. At this point Im very angry cause Im in a hurry and this is no way to treat a customer. After 10 min. I hang up and call back but the phone is busy (they forgot to hang it up). After 25 min. I got threw again and it was the same girl on the phone, I then ask for her name but she hesitates for a while, then I ask for the manager and she replies with "I am the manager". So then I ask for her supervisor, well there is no supervisor. So I then ask who can I talk to about putting in a complain, of course she replies with "if you have a complain, you must take it up with the MANAGER. How convinient for her that she happens to be the manager. After this incident with her she was the most unhelpful person ever, and the person that looses in all this is ME the CUSTOMER. So if you cherish whats in the package or its a package that needs to be sent out immediately (time sensitive) DO NOT COME HERE. its run by irresponsible people (and over priced)

You need to change your hours on your website so they match your actual hours on the door. This is very aggravating to look up what time you close, so I can schedule picking up a package, and you are already closed. I only gave one star because you have to in order to post your comment.

The people are cool. UPS is the worst shipping company in the world. They cost me tons of money by late and unorganized deliveries. NEVER use UPS!!! USPS, DHL, or FEDEX only. United Postal Service is Horrible!

Generally helpful people. But hours posted online are inaccurate. It closes at 6, as I discovered when I showed up at 6:05 with a package that needed to go out stat. Please post accurate hours online.
