This store is terrible. The manager is worst of all. These people wanted to charge me $25 to ship a product to KS, which would normally only cost around $11-$13 (ended up being only $13 at a FedEx Kinkos store, which included the packaging). Then they told me it would not arrive in Kansas until over a week later. Transit time to Kansas is 3-4 days MAX!!!! Theyre saying 5-7 days! What a joke! If you have no other options, do not let these thieves steal your money, package the product yourself. I brought in an item that could have survived UPS in a 15 x 8 x 4" package, but they put my item into a massive 24" x 12" x 8" package. Actual item weight is only 2.5 lbs. Once they were done, it had mysteriously gained 6 lbs. in packaging alone. Ill never go back here again. Consider me a warning. If you choose to go here, you WILL be sorry.

If i can give a zero start I would. I just found out that the store owner/manager is Young Rho and he closed my account without notifying me first. I was emailing him back and forth about my problem with the mail box and without any calls, letter, or emails, he just closed the account and returned my mails. This is the worst customer service I have received ever! This store also has long lines whenever I go in for questions and service. Dont waste your time. I am going to the UPS store thats on the other side of the town so I can avoid this kind of issue. This store also charges more for the box fee $180/year compared to the other one on Chino Hills Parkway $168/year. I stayed here for 2 years and was treated this way and I wonder how he is treating other customers?

It is my first time writing a business review, if there is an option of no star, they own it. Im following the instruction of returning a package that shipped from Canada, and they already told me that the custom is submitted electronically, and I told the Asian manager and showed him the instruction but he still reject my package and told me maybe let the driver to pic it up. He is really bullshiting!!!

The women was really rude and she even charged me 50 cents for only taping my package. I told her I dont have any cash, I asked if I can use card? And you know what! She charged me additional 75 cents by using card. so I was charged total $1.25 for taping my package

This is the only shipping store Ive been to to charge me for taping one of my small boxes so remember to bring some change. Everything else was great.
