These guys are 10 million times better than getting PO box. Ive never had to wait in line and they even have the free option to have it so that they can sign for you so you dont have to go to the post office and wait in a long line just to get your signature and then package. They are friendly, have good hours, and also Ive used them to send mail as well. You get an actual address too and get mail in businesses names as well as you get your own suite number. (EX: 5319 University Dr. Irvine, CA 92612 #123 ) To the average person it appears to be a business or residential address which is nice in so many ways. I cant get mail where I live as I have a roommate and they give the SMALLEST mailbox Ive ever seen, and sucks in situations where places dont accept PO box addresses which happened to me OFTEN. With AIM you get a normal address, Ive never had anything lost or had a single problem or wait time of more than 30 seconds and have been there for around 6 months and go often. They also have a computer you can use for printing things and all the common things a print shop has. (but to a lesser degree. Still, Ive never had to wait for more than 30 seconds.) Great place and will always use them as long as Im in this area.

The University Park AIM Mail Center is a tremendous asset to our community. For a few pennies we save the hassle of driving to and standing in line at the Post office and can satisfy both business and personnel support requirements. I use the facility to FEDEX business mailings while we use the packaging and mailing services to keep in touch with our far flung family. Recently, AIM helped us renew a passport. Friendly and efficient, easy parking and access, these folks are doing a great job.

I shipped half the things I own home from school at this mail center. The people were great, they helped me box the things I didnt have boxes for, and checked everything to make sure I was getting the best deal. They even repackaged three of my tiny boxes into one box, which saved me half of what shipping the three little ones would have cost. I loved this place!

Called the business over the phone to ask about their private mailbox service and the guy was very professional and knowledgeable. I will probably do business with them when I am in California.
