Ive lived 10 years here in Hayward and although i live closer to the Southland Mall Gamestop, i always go the extra miles to visit Gamestop in Union Landing. Their customer service is always great!!! Everytime i step through those doors i get a warm and friendly greeting. They dont have me wait in line for more than whats needed. You know how sometimes theres only one cash register open and even though they have an extra one and another employee...they wont open it and the line gets bigger and so does the wait? Well, not in here my friends. Everyone wears appropiate clothing and is very respectous. Ive seen customers like the one who wrote the review below freak out and go crazy but the Gamestop staff keeps it cool and calm and takes the necessary actions to keep the facility as safe and enjoyable as always. I definitely recommend anyone to go down there because it sure is a pleasant experience.

People say this gamestop is full of rude, inpolite people but I say there not i went in said I was looking for a game but it wasnt there they said they were sorry to hear that and I told them i been looking for the game on 10 differnt stores and they were so nice enough to give me a free game of my choice.So I said thank you very much and they were like no problem sorry we couldnt the game for you. And I said oh no problem thank you for the game that you guys let me pick. And so I left that store happy and greatfull for the nice people who work there.

I called to reserve a PS4 and had to call about 3 times before they answered the phone. After being put on hold for over 10 minutes they finally reserved the machine for me. I went there and the purchase went smoothly, minus the interruption when the guy stopped helping me in order to ring up a kid and his mom. This was fine, I suppose, but he did not even excuse himself for delaying my purchase. Not the greatest in customer service I would say.

I waited in line for ay least 15 minutes because the guy wants to share his gaming experiences to a dad who was clearly not interested. When I got my turn the boy just said that he does not have the game that I picked up on the used section. I have been to many gamestops and this is the worst experience in customer service I had in a GS in CA. I will not renew my gamestop membership/magazine. I am done with these guys.

I love this place, the staff in this location is always fun to talk to and they are honest about how they feel about a game. They are always suggesting different games and also helped with saving some money buy enrolling in different membership plan. Which was great. Great place and looks fun to work at.

Normally I like doing business with gamestop, but the way they run this location is inexcusable. They never update what they have in stock online and the staff is passive-aggressive if not outright rude. I suggest either shopping online or going to one of the stores in Fremont.

Great Customer Service! They Didnt have a game i was looking for but wasnt afraid to let me know which gamestop had it available. Made sure i was helped before they moved on to the next customer!
