This Gamestop is ok. I came in one day to make a gigantic Skylanders purchase and I asked them if they had the promotion going on, and the sales person told me I had to buy product in order to get them. I responded that that is definitely not a problem, I just wanted to know if they have the promo items, which he then repeated that I have to make a purchase first guessing that maybe I didnt understand him the first time. I replied to him stating that I have no problem spending over $200 right not, I just need to know if they have the promo items or not. It took a couple of seconds for him to register what I was saying, or maybe he just gave up on trying to explain something that I already knew. They had the items, and I dropped over $300 on Skylanders just because they had the promo items. Had they not had the promo items, I wouldnt have spent a dime in that shop.

Will not be buying from gamestop locally any more because of my experience with this store. Web phone staff were extremely helpful but this particular local store the manager (Amoody?) and one employee (Stephan) were extremely rude to me, they hung up on me twice and refused to cancel my pre-order.

Bad , unprofessional when I approach the guy he didnt even help me look for VR games this is the only place it sucks , its a shame , this guy represent the company and he is not the owner and should respect everyone equal . Please review his performance , Video cameras wont lie !

I really like this gamestop.. when they suggest games to buy, they only ask you once. Ive been to some stores that just wont take no for an answer. Also, its never that busy here so Im usually in and out to pick up my preorders

4 stars for the staff and location. But the inventory is a bit lacking, and it doesnt update very often. The pricing is also weird, we saw a brand new game that cost 19.99, and the pre-owned one was the same price.

If you need to drop in and buy something without a hassle this is the place to go. The staff is friendly but also very efficient. I hate waiting in a long line and watching a cashier just yap it up. 5 stars.

Excellent GameStop location with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I enjoy coming to this specific location in the bay for the friendly advice I receive from staff on newly released games.
