Theyre TOTALLY unprepared for Black Friday weekend. i showed up on the Saturday AFTER Black Friday ( I REFUSE to shop ON B.F. ) and when I arrived at approx 3:45p, i had NO idea Id be standing in the same spot for over 30 MINUTES. There were 2 customers simutaniously trading in games and systems. While I understand this process takes a LONG time ( everything needs to be checked ), but there really shouldve been a seperate line for Trade-Ins as the line grew from 5 to a dozen and we all just stood there for 30 mins growing more and more impatient. was this the FIRST ever B.F. weekend for Gamestop ?? because thus shouldve been run much smoother.

I came in fairly late (around 8pm) on a day where a game was coming out so they were pretty swamped, but the staff was still attentive and informative. I just bought a kinect and xbox, so I was looking to get some good pre-owned games. I thought the staff was knowledgable about the different games that they had available and they were honest with me about games that they thought werent worth buying. I appreciated the honesty. I look forward to coming back and getting some more. They had a great selection!

This was a nice place to get a present for the youngn. . The guy helped me pick out a new game that based on what I told him he thought a boy that was 16 might like. I got him some call of duty game. That was the best pick . I think that my nephew hasnt been spotted since his birthday. If I need another game suggestion Ill venture back here. Thanks guy.

Good place for everything video games. But when I said Im only in the free reward program (PowerUp Rewards) but not the paid one (PowerUp Rewards Pro), the stuff literally laughed at me, which made me feel insulted. I think they are under too much pressure to sell this Pro thing.

This GameStop is the worst they have crappy costumer service and the employees are not easy to talk to... Now I go to the great mall in milptas they actually do care and there very easy to talk like if I was talking about a certain game dont here !!!!!!!!!! Shop at the great mall

The store is not great on Customer service.. Midnight release I needed to drive to get there and it was 12:35am and they was closed at 12:30 am..sad I been going there for 5yrs.. I guess I should shop somewhere else. It probably time to do business else where..

When i stop by i always talk to the store manager and the assistant manager all the time about what new releases are coming out.
