I called this Gamestop location in Issaquah WA regarding an online ad for a "REFURBISHED xBOX360" on sale for $119. I was informed by the manager (Steven) that it was actually a "pre-owned" xbox360 and the refurbished ones he had were more money. I let him know about the advertisement and all the details listed online and all he had to say was "oh, well sometimes thats not always accurate." I go in to look at the pre-owned xbox360 and purchase it after all of Stevens guarantees on it and after paying for an extended warranty only to get it home and find out it has the RED RING OF DEATH and makes clicking noises and the cd drive wont open. I was guaranteed that this item was tested and worked properly. When I called back and talked to Steven he responded with "hmm weird. It worked okay when my GM tested it." I asked for a full refund. I wouldnt go here again or purchase anything used/refurbished from this location or any Gamestop due to their false advertising and willingness to sell non-working equip at refurbished retail prices.

Im not a gamer but my niece is so I decided to stop by on my way to the PCC and for a place that doesnt seem to have many employees this gamestop goes above and beyond in their customer service. I didnt end up actually purchasing anything this time but they answered all my questions and spent a lot of time helping me figure out what I was doing. I had an immensely positive experience and will be coming back. (Also for most of the things that people complained about in the other reviews I noticed that they were not specific to this location and rather a universal to the company from what Ive been told.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Particularly with Michael who I believe is the store manager. Everyone is really friendly and will give you honest advice. They never try to sell me on anything and put in extra effort to assist with any questions I have regarding games, used items, etc. I drive a little further just to go to this location. Definitely satisfied with this particular Gamestop.

Really bad experience. Bought a game that was new at all.. came home after and tried to play it. My xbox could not Read it due to multiple scratches.. so i took it back and the guy told me I could not get a Full refund since the game was "new". the game had a tag that said NEW, even though they are used or scratched, that does not matter. Did not get full refund or a different game.

Just stood in line for ten minutes while the family up front picks out games. You got multiple kids working, one register open, a line of at least six, and ONE register open- who is spending his time helping a family of five agree on which combo of games to get. I left with nothing. Now I remember why I became a Best Buy guy.

They never answer the phone and always only one person working so if they get busy with one you waiting for 30min for just a question.

They had a game in stock that no one else did. They reserved it and it was easy to pick it up. Staff was nice and the store clean.
