I went there with my 7 year old son on a Sunday morning with $60 in coins, which he saved in his piggy bank, to buy a video game. The clerk told us they do not accept coins unless it was in rows. He told us to go the bank and exchange them. It was a Sunday morning! The disappointed look on my sons face devastated me, but the other clerk (young lady) offered to help us roll up the coins with paper. This is the type of service lacking in todays chain stores.

This place is pretty cool. I know the manger there, Peter. Hes a pretty swell guy that will help you to his ability. He is pretty knowledgeable about games and devices and can usually offer you something that you might want to try with then 7 days.

The guys that work here are really chill. They know and love the games they sell and dont hassle you with anything extra if they know you are a regular. As Gamestops go, this is among my favorite in the East Bay area.
