I am very disappointed with how the shop handled my issue. I took my son to the shop to buy a $50 steam card, which he forked out with his own pocket money. He went home to use it and it said that there was no money left on the card. We took it back to the shop and they said it has nothing to do with them and we had to contact steam, which we had already done so but steam said we had to go back to the shop as they sold us the card. Both companies blamed each other and all the while my son lost out on $50. I am so disgusted with how the shop handled the issue and steam. They both can check on the card to see that my son did not use the card at all but none could be bothered. Have never bought another steam card again!

I have been going here for 5 or 6 years with my grandsons. Always get great service. The latest was from Shaun, who settled a problem I had with a Gold subscription to XBox. Althought it was a Microsoft problem, I got an hour phone runaround from them. Shaun resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction within 10 minutes. I have always found the employees helpful and respectful to me and my grandsons.

This is the only Gamestop where I have walked in a nobody attempted to help me or even say hi. Not that I mind. Just an observation. When I asked for help they assisted me immediately and they were very knowledgeable about the games which is refreshing because it seems that sometimes people who work at other stores have no idea what they are talking about.

This Game Stop had unusually attentive a d helpful staff. I cant think of a time that I have gone here where the emoyees here did not help me with something that I had questions for. I have purchased a console and several dozens of games here. I would recommend this particular Game Stop very highly.
