Be aware... The return policy sucks & only benefits the store. No customer satisfaction guarantee you open it and it belongs to you regardless. My son purchased an Xbox One over $300 in the 1st week the game is freezing up & why download the games if you have the disc. He tried to return it in less than 2 weeks he cant because he opened. How stupid is that? He was asked if he used it well duh how you think he realized he didnt like it. He could only replace for an identical item or could trade for $125??? but less than 2 weeks ago you charged over $300. The store clerk had the nerve to compare it to a car purchase??? Its not a car dude are you F ing kidding... hard earned money gone! I told my son to never buy anything brand new from them again purchase from a better retailer that guarantees the purchase. The store is protected not the consumer... Getting screwed & no vaseline. Its not right. He replaced and received box never opened. here begins the struggle to get some money back after this regrettable purchase so where do we start Gamestop corporate Xbox corporate or go straight for Amazon or Ebay. What a waste!
