I am a lifelong gamer, have been going to GameStop for 15 years. I have purchased my original Xbox, my ps1, ps2, ps3, Xbox 360, and Wii all from GameStop, plus games for all of those systems. I wish FunCo was still around, but big business wins out in the end. I walked in trying to find some older games for achievements and a couple for my girlfriend and I to play together. After asking if they had the specific games, I was laughed at, and told absolutely not. They offered to call another store for us, and we agreed. When the sales person asked for the titles of games to the other sale person on the phone, the both started laughing at us, and said "I dont know why on earth anyone would want these games, but apparently someone does." I found this extremely rude, and was very offended by the rudeness of the sales associate. This was about 2 months ago, and I have not set foot in another GameStop since, and never plan to. GameStop is a waste of time, and is no longer a good standing company. They will rip you off when you sell to them, and charge you almost double for games that you can find on amazon, with free shipping.

Very friendly staff. They try really hard to help you. Jessica is awesome!! They always try to make suggestions and find something for you that you will like. You can return used games if you dont like them. The location at bell square has closed so this is the best bet around for games, especially when you have questions or are unsure about what you want.

The store is sweet! And the peolpe that work there are always helping me if Im lookin for a game that I havent played in years or if its brand new. I got my 360 kinect from them and its working great my games never have the slites scratch on them. The guys are very friendly u could not find a better place to go.

First of all, Id like to say, i LOVE this store! They have nice prices, ALOT of options, and so many stores! The staff is also very nice and helpful! They always help me find any games or items I need! The customer service is also very nice, too! I DEFINETLY give this store 5 stars! :)

Its a gamestop, so what more can you say? However, the smaller game store nearby (called Game Over) has more used games, and I kinda prefer the atmosphere there more. Its a little more friendly at times, and they have various gaming events throughout the year.

I have come to this location to pick up video games make preorders heck I even worked at this location to smaller store not as busy as other locations
