The service as horrible. I pre-ordered call of duty way back and forgot to pick it up. I called in advance and told them I did not hve my ID but I had proof of name/address ect. I go out of my way over 30 minute drive for them to tell me I could not pick up my game. I didnt get a name but there was a small, Chinese women who was no help and a big,tall guy who said he was a temp and could not do anything because hes to scared. Horrible Service, never coming back again.

They didnt greet when we came in when no one else was there. They just stood in the front chatting. Never once tried to help us. I ended up helping someone since they refused to do their job. Although it is nice and tidy. Would rather go to the Stoneridge Mall than this one.

The staff at this GameStop were extremely helpful and knew exactly what they were talking about. I expected that picking up my game would be a long hassle, but this GameStop helped it to be a short and delightful experience! I would rate this store 10/10!

this place is out o buissness sorry people but it is what it is i liked this place alot! and the main thing is it was right by a great store for grocieries so kids could go there while parents just shopped and they knew it was safe

They were friendly enough but they just didnt seem all that well informed. Some of the displays for the headphones werent working either so it made making buying decisions very frustrating.

This is a great store for videogames. People are friendly, and the games are in an easy to find layout. I recommend this store if you live in Dublin
