Roma, Maggy & Nicholas are helpful, efficient and very kind. I have been coming into Offcedepot for many years after I discovered how great your prices are compared to other places. I live three blocks away from another well known printing company but I feel the four mile drive to your location is more than worth it to save up to 50% off. I own a company that needs books and multiple types of special print projects that have to be done with not flaws and Roma and Maggy always deliver! I have given these Ladies work that has taken others days to do and I have gotten called back in hours. “Amazing!” As long as you have great employees like them I will forever be a customer! One more thing out of all the places I spend money these Ladies always tell customer’s “Thank you” … not very many places do that anymore.

Called and a lady named Lisa answered and I asked if they sell scantrons. Needless to say she didnt know what a scantron was. I had to say it three times with an explanation so she knew what I was talking about. She said "oh no, those are sold at colleges only". Her tone wasnt customer service worthy and she actually made me feel dumb for asking such a question. Ive bought scantrons at an Office Depot before and just wanted to know if this particular store sold them. I was frustrated but I kept calm and even said thank you only for her to say "uh huh" and hung up.

I went here today to pick up a power cord/surge protector, as I am exhibiting at the convention center and discovered someone had not packed the cord. The store was well stocked, of medium size, and in a slightly out-of-the-way location. I had pleasant service with both a roving salesperson and the check-out clerk. I got what I needed, quickly, and for a reasonable price. The parking could be a problem during busy times as there is not much of it, but Saturday afternoon was not such a time and I had no trouble getting a parking place.

Every time I go into this store they treat me very badly. They are beyond rude and act like you are wasting their time. They roll their eyes and tap their nails on the counter waiting to get back to their twinkies and donuts. Another time I went they were all standing around one of the machines chatting and I stood there for about 20 minutes. I asked if I was interrupting something and then one of them came over reluctantly to help me.

Clean store but it is very plain and unappealing to the eye. It feels like youre in a back room warehouse rather than an office supply store. The staff pretty much ignored us and didnt offer any help unless you ask for it. But they were very friendly.
