Called to see if they had the duplicate roll of raffle tickets in stock. I had to speak with two people over the phone and was finally was told they have them. I drove out to the store to find out they did not have them. To top it off, someone that appeared to be a manager (female dirty blonde) asked me if i needed help, turned to one of the guys and asked him about it, then she just turned to help another customer without saying a word to me. Not a good first impression and definitely dont plan to come back here unless they can refund the time and gas they wasted if mine.

I go here all the time for all my office needs. They have people like Tommy who actually are tech savvy and can help with picking the right device for you. I bought my laptop 2 years ago and tommy helped with matching my needs to my laptop and I have been loving my laptop every since. Everyone there is very helpful and have help my mom and I will all our office needs over the last 4yrs.

Thanks to everyone who helped get my dads aging Apple running like new. I had tried everything I knew, but Boots, who worked on Dads computer, was able to untangle the electronic mess I had brought in and save the patient. Everyone was very kind and helpful from the receptionists to the tech guys to the staff who helped me retrieve it.

Nothing particularly special about this Office Max. The one con is that their ink refill machine is ALWAYS "out of order" so dont bother bringing in a cartridge to get refilled. Either go somewhere else or just assume that you are buying new ink.

This store is wonderful, every one was very helpful, i purchased furniture here the balding furniture guy, is awesome, very knowledgeable, not to mention very good looking. the store is very clean as well, im a customer for life.

The staff is nice enough, but theyre not very competent. I called twice inquiring about the same product, the second time just to make sure, and they told me wrong information both times--the same piece of wrong information. :(
