ordered online printing for pick-up the next day for my tickets as I thought this would not only save me time but the hassle of having to print them myself. got a confirmation email at 10 am the next morning saying my order was ready. i showed up at around 1 pm land not only could they not find my order but they had no record of it. To get my money refunded it took over half an hour that i didnt have and i had to still PAY to print it out myself after they made me late. Not to mention that even on m refund they gypped me for a penny. As if giving me my full refund was that much of a hassle. The people here didnt know what they were doing, had no sense of customer service and couldnt have cared less about what they were doing. do not waste your time here.

A Private User

As usual I go into these type of stores not knowing exacally what I need, let alone the size, brand, measurements, megabytes, or megapixels. I end up frustrated and wondering around looking for assistance. I never have that problem at the Inglewood Staples Superstore. Especially, if Elisha is there. She not only knows her stuff but knows where it is and how many is required to meet my needs. I so appreciate her professional customer service and friendliness. I commend Staples for putting her on the frontline where customers like me have assistance before having to search for it. Good job Staples.... and Great Job Elisha. Pamela

Mr. Smart

They make you waste your time on something so small. I had to wait a full hour just to have them make an order for me. There is also little to no employees and some of them give you adittude as if they couldnt care. So unless you are buying a product then you still have to wait in lines because they usually have 1 person in the cash register. Side note: computer or any electronics you want to buy , you can buy it at Best Buy for a low amount of money.

I usually dont leave reviews, but on this particular day I was given misleading information and was charged on my bank card for a mistake that was an associate fault. Then ,when I called the store to speak to the manager the finger was pointed to me. Im so frustrated and disappointed of my first time experience and last experience. If there was a half star I would leave it.

The copy and print service is so bad! I have to wait over 30 mins just to get 3 printing copies. Not given that they even forgot one of my copies & insisted that all of my docs were fully printed! So bad!

This place got me messed up. I just wanted one copy and instead got a nice 20 mintue. The last time I came I got a copy in front desk. Now they are making me use the printers which dont work.

It could be better . no one is available to help on the floor and the lines are always long with one person at the cash register. I prefer going to the one on Sepulveda in Westchester.
