Horrible Experience ...Takara is one of the bosses of copy center and is the worst worker I have ever seen. She literally messed up design of business card I had made, changed it and blamed me when it did not come out. Stay away from this place. Not only are they unprofessional, but they will blame you for their mistakes and make you come back three times for own stupid business card. Call you once? Keep dreaming. The hate the jobs they have and they do everything in their power to make your life miserable also. Even the manager of the store came and took zero accountability.

I was in twice in the last 4 days. the first time i inquired about business cards and the older gentleman behind that section was very put off with having to answer my questions. he had a wise answer every time. I did not realize how much of a fool i was until i spoke with this man. than today i went in to place the order but the depts vigor and enthusiasm reminded me of cows in a field chewing grass in leisure. so i will just order online from someone else

Show the last review, and the guys at the wireless section were great, I need to transfer contact from my phone and they got me a new phone at a great price because I was transferring from my broken phone to my old phone but ending up getting a new phone for cheap and I love it

Called for a inventory question. Pressed number 4 for all other inquiries on phone menu. Got put on hold for twelve minutes. Called second time using phone option 1. Spoke with Eduardo, got back to me under a minute. Did not have product in stock.

Unbelievably slow printing. Its ridiculous they replaced the working 1 print me machine with a few that take forever to load are slow to print and worst of all you cant choose which pages you want to print

Most of times employees are very knowledgeable. I understand learning curve is different for newer employees and I appreciate them letting me they are in training. Supply are sometimes out of stock.

Got transferred around to 3 different departments and then put on hold for an indefinite period. All i wanted to know was if they had some Avery Labels. Worst customer service, period.

Printing department is good, but it took 45 minutes for them to tell if they had a certain three punch folder. Its not the employees fault, they are just criminally understaffed.

I like this store. Just dont expect great service. Its kinda serve yourself. You can use coupons from Office Depot here if you have them.
