Wow, the manager there has zero respect for customers or humans in general. I had ordered 3 tablets by mistake. I called Staples 5 minutes after the order and they said they couldnt modify it, 5 minutes after! On the phone they told me to just return it to the store in person and that my coupon code(which gave me $30 off) should still work. I went into the store once I received the tablets. The girl at the counter was nice enough but I had to wait 20 minutes just for them to get someone on the phone to confirm that I could return the items. I then asked if they were going to honor the coupon, which I had mentioned I wanted to remain for the one I was keeping. The manager goes out of his mind and starts accusing me of lying to him about what I wanted. It put such a bad taste in my mouth, I just returned them all and left.

I took my samsung laptop to their tech center for a repair. They said they would fix it within a week, and charged me $400+. Since I figured it would be fixed and I was already there, I decided to pay. Boy, did they screw the job up. They called me up 2 weeks later to let me know they werent able to fix it. Not only that, but the laptop came back in a worse condition than it was before, with scratches visible on it, and the USB hub loose. They gave me a refund, but theyve also lost a customer smh.

Lame. All I wanted to do was simply call and see if they had Apple TVs available at their store. Instead Im given the ring-around with their looooong automated message system. In the end I was told I couldnt get someone on the phone and wasted 10min of my life. This was during business hours. Dont call because you wont actually talk to a human.

I rather pay for shipping and buy something over priced online rather than dealing with these guys EVER again. the store manager is horrible, has attitude and doesnt want to work. every time ive been to this location, there is a line and only one cashier and he is standing in the corner watching.

This Staples is like a ghost town in terms of staff available to ask questions of etc. Especially bad at the printing counter. They need to hire a few more people. And train them well. Sigh, I miss old-fashioned stationery stores where there was real customer service.

they matched the price on an Amazon. They were charging $25 for a label cartridge for my Brother labeler. Amazon had the same item for $10.90. They matched the price and i saved $15. Would have been better if they werent gouging their customers. "THAT WAS CHEESEY."

Pretty busy store but its convenient and has pretty good parking lot which is easy to find space and its a huge plus for West Los Angeles. Store is usually fully stocked and always running some sort of Manager Specials by the front door.
