I have been coming here for over 8 months, i own an ebay business,and it is convenient to print my labels and drop my packages all at one place while getting my supplies. Today I found out they changed their policy and can no longer print my labels thru ebay or paypal, Not a problem. Things change, it is fine, The problem is the way an employee transfers the changes to the customer. Very rude, when try to ask if this is a permanet change, he just keept repeading the same thing over and over. Should not be in customer service if you cant answer simple questions politely. He could just said no more service for you go away, would of been the same thing, simple and faster, rather than humiliate a customer as if i didnt get what he was saying. Had to be a new transfer or hire, never seen him beofre and already started of wrong. Never had this experience before #Officedepot #youaredoingitwrong #drivingcustomersaaway not good for business!

Always helpful find stuff. You do however need to look out for your benefit. I went in to Office Depot 2 weeks ago to buy an office desk. They were out of the brown desks that were on sale and tried selling me a different color, same desk, for almost $200 more... I had my brother with me, who use to work there, and he saw that the online coupon stated that the color I was going to buy was also included for the discounted price. Despite buying almost $900 worth in one visit, these guys intentionally tried to have me spend more than necessary.

Took way too long to print a simple poster not recommended Also prices have drastically changed for small posters so that I a student cant afford I liked office depot but now this is terrible service please dont go and suffer the same fate I have endured . I had walked through and waited 2 minuets in the print line then moved aside for an entire hour which caused me to be late to me following class .

I am very disappointed with the service i have recieved here. Firstly I wasnt given the option to print without a usb. I later found out myself that I could forward my email to the stores email. The worker became very standoffish and then took her time saying she needed to help other people. Overall spent 30 minutes to print out a single page.

There printing representatives are terrible, they ignore you. They take there time in helping you with just getting a photocopy. I had to wait 30 mins. just to get copies and the only way I got that done was because I had to complain to the manager! Im very disappointed in there service. They lost me as a customer

Not the same since the assistant manager Manny left to another store because of a promotion. I think its worth taking the travel to canyon country or Valencia,wwherever it is where he went. He looked out for his customers and me and my wife never left there without purchasing anything. Not the same help

I found a keyboard on a google search advertised at this store for a price. When I went to the store to get it, the "manager" didnt honor the price but he was also very rude about it. "if you are looking for us to match that price, you can forget about it" What a prick!

I come here a lot for copies and print jobs. Usual wait time is anywhere from a couple of minutes to 15 minutes. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sign up for emails and youll get coupons for 25% off any purchased. I used mine for an office desk that was on sale!

Great customer service! I had to print tickets that were sent to my email, the line in the printing service was long with one associate, and less than a minute later, two other associates rushed to help. I commend Miss Naomi for her service!!!

Went to print business cards; the lady was rude, didnt help me at all, she dropped my flashdrive and didnt even cut them for me, while I was cutting them, she kicked me out of the store; it was 9:01 PM, they close at 9:00 PM, very disappointed...

Placed an order online to save time. I was planning to run in, pickup my order & run back out... That was Wishful Thinking!! I stood at the counter, waited for 15 minutes before I was helped and able to leave with my prepaid order. Grrr.

This is part of a national chain retailing the usual office supplies, printers, computers, desks, chairs and others. Sometimes more expensive than, say, Frys Electronics but its good to have one in the neighborhood.
