Horrible experience. Best Buy geek squad always has a line I thought Id give Office Max a try eliminating a virus on my computer. Now I know why no one patronizes Office Max. computer was slower and for that joy I paid $80. I asked the manager for a refund and he told me there were no refunds on services. I told him that I did not receive the service since my computer still has a virus and he told me too bad all services are final.

This is my local office supply general type store. I have never had any problems here with staff, service or anything for that matter. I do find there prices to be higher then other stores but the availability and service help make up for that.. They do have sales or specials frequently so that helps. The service is tops. Always someone to help me in every department.

Awful store. 80 year old cashier that makes you feel like crap. Tried to recycle 5 inks today and she said that since one had ink on it I couldnt recycle it. Does that make any sense at all. Its an ink cartridge lady. Then she took out her windex and proceded to clean her hands for five minutes while a line of 5 people waited.

This OfficeMax is convenient and has most of what you might need for your office. The staff member who served me was unable to find a print order I did over the Internet and had to ask for help. It was found and was printed appropriately. It wasnt stapled, however, and I had to ask for that.

Great for office supplies in a hurry. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely price compare with Amazon though if you can wait for shipping.

Air conditioner wasnt working well and it was horribly hot in there. Cashier was condescending when I asked him about it.
