Wish Wonder Dream LLC

Melissa in the Copy and Print Center is rude, passive, and genuinely unhelpful. I told her I had a time sensitive print job and she refused to give me any information on how I could have it printed quickly and wasnt remotely interested in helping me. When I said "well thanks for all your help" she rudely and obviously very sarcastically said "youre welcome, have a great day". Some people are more interested in leaving work early than they are in helping customers in need. And seeing as thats in fact her job, I thought it was important for Staples to know what an unhelpful employee they have working in their print center.

Horrible experience, went in there trying to buy a monitor, keyboard mouse and speakers, nobody on the floor to assist, after a few minutes of looking for someone I went up to a lady who said they only have 2 monitors to choose from, I asked can someone help me? Sure I ll send someone, she replied. 5 min later, no one yet, I approached the lady again to inquire what happened, I couldnt believe her response, she said we are busy so you are going to have to be patient. Idk If she thought she was doing me a favor or what I left and went down the street to office Depot, what a difference in service

On hold atm because I asked for a price of a product. After listening to a song being on hold, the phone rings and rings, then someone picked it up and put me on hold to start a new song. Someone finally picked up and it was the same person. Asked me what I wanted and then put me on hold again. Called at 4:31PM on 10/31/2012.

Had my Galaxy S6 screen replaced and they did a god job and faster than the 2 hours they had estimated (I had made an appointment). Staples Stores seem to be notoriously understaffed, so sometimes there is a wait to get help. But then you get what you pay for, and their prices are usually competitive.

The staff is surly and clueless. They dont know their own stock and seem disappointed when customers walk in. I dont know who writes these glowing reviews, Ive seen basically the same review for a number of businesses. Of course the writers name is always different.

Purchased a chair. Did not like it. Returned it two weeks later. ZERO hassle to refund ($300). Cashier even inquired about refunding $10 for their assembly of the chair that I paid but I told her not to worry about it. Offered alternatives and very pleasant.

Staff is pretty much disinterested in you or your problems or your printing. You get the feeling they dont like working here and REALLY dont want to know about your needs. Be prepared to wait a loooooong time, even when they are not busy. And they are EXPENSIVE.

The clerks are helpful if you can initially nab one. There are public restrooms but you will have to request a staff member to open it for you. I would return again.
