I totally and absolutely agree to the first comment. I have been there today looking for a new mouse. I was really surprised that there are discounted price tags on three of Microsoft mice. I grabbed a Microsoft Arc Touch at $14.99, was $49.99, a Microsoft Bluetooth 5000 series at $9.99, was $39.99 and another 3000 series at $4.99, was $19.99. I literally convinced myself, I asked three staffs for checking the stock and the final prices. the Arc Touch was out definitely. I decided to take the two left and asked an another staff. He talked to me like I am stupid. He did not even look at the series of the mouse and told the another one has Bluetec technology caused it has a higher price meanwhile he looks at another series specification. However, the online shows $39.99 for the 5000 series and $4.99 for 3000 series, but an staff at the check-out told me its $19.99, whereas the price tag and online price show the same thing at $4,99. Thus, it is weird to post the prices that are not true and they must let us know which items are completely out of stock. Waste time to go there!! please go another branch if possible!

Horrible service at this Office Depot. I bought a printer HP ePrint printer. Well when I was about to use the printer at home I had a terrible experience. The printer was broken-burned from the inside of the printer system. I called HP and they sent me a new printer and it worked great. Also I purchased the 3 year plan( in a box- comes with paper, cable ties, USB cable) Well guess what? The USB cable was missing. I had to drive all the way from home again. I also purchased the 3 year service plan and your store failed to honor my warranty. Horrible horrible. I will try to stay away from you. You sell damaged products, and then make money from innocent people.

Superstore to buy your office supplies, such as: pens, pencils, notebooks, and so forth. It is rather obvious, the only problem is that the building is run down. The front sliding doors is slow and sticky. It doesnt move as quickly when opening or closing. Interior wise, there are press marks of negligence of proper weight carry or maintenance. Mangers and workers blame each other on who recently buffed the floors and who left the marks. Its unprofessional, but given the atmosphere. It fits.

They had me waiting for 20 mins and when another person helped me out, he asked the first guy (David) where the job was that I had given him 20 mins ago, he said he didnt know. Im like bro I know youre busy but dont freaking be rude. He was hella rude and didnt want to do my printing job. He wanted someone else to do it and so did the other guy. They kept pushing the job to the next person. Super slow service. Ended up leaving without anything

I like the store, clean and pretty big, not the customer service. I could not find the item I was looking for so I asked for help from 2 associates, they looked like I was bothering them for asking. Item was out of stock, they did not offer me to order from another store, just walked away. Did find item at another store.

Bad customer service . I place an order they never ask for a name for the order and told me come back 20-30min I came back about an hour and they didnt had the order ready and nor knew what I was talking about..they didnt apologize and they just told me to submit the order again and wait another 30 minutes.

This is a much older office depot/ office max. Back to school shopping, and was in there almost 20 minutes and almost every employee including managers just walk right by you. If it wasnt for the fact that someone asked me, after I found everything without help, if I needed anything, I would rate a 1.
