I cannot express enough anger and frustration for what they have me going through right now. What seemed like a quick and easy solution has unleashed to a spiral down for my cell phone. I went in there for a simple screen fix. It was ready for pick-up within 2 hours. It was returned to me with the front facing lens ruined. They broke the setting for the lens so when I opened my front camera, the bottom half of the image was cut out. I took it back for them to fix this. They returned it to me 3 hours later even worse. Lens still broken and the sensor on my home button was not working. They told me to come back the next day so I did. The employee that took the phone the next day worked on it for over 6-7 hours. Only to give me the news that not only he couldnt fix it but now he couldnt get it back together. They gave me a phone that DID NOT WORK AT ALL. He suggested that they can ship it to their main repair branch in Texas and they would fix it "FOR SURE". The following day I dropped it off so they can ship it and get it over with. That was 3 days ago. I called to get an update and apparently they havent started working on it. The ETA for my phone to be returned "fixed" is 3 days from now. This is still under the assumption that it "might" get fixed...ALL THIS FOR A SIMPLE SCREEN FIX.

I shop at this Office Depot location regularly (2-3 times a month) and have called them on several occasions looking for an item. Every employee has always been incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. Shopping here is always a pleasant experience because of the great staff. Finding items in this store is also quick and easy.

This is the worst office depot ever. They take the longest time possible...I tried to print here and they are just the worst straight up dont spend your time or money here also their credit card machine is broken half the time I go in and the only reason I go is because they are closest to my house

This store is always disappointing. It is poorly stocked. A lot of empty shelves despite having very few customers. A lot of their stock seems to be returned goods from online shoppers. I bought two typewriters here and both were poorly packaged and broken out-of-the-box.

Love the place. I come here all the time. The staff is nice and friendly. Very helpful too! My favorite spot is the Clearance Section. There Copy Center is a great resource. I use their fax machine frequently.

Pretty standard for big chain office supply store. Aisles are wide. Their copy center is fast and does a good job. Parking in this part of the mall is usually OK.
