No Customer service I purchased a 6XL helmet and ended up getting an XL. They told me no Exchanges and no Refunds. I asked for money back or exchange towards another helmet. They ripped me off and took my $190. At all cost.. Do not buy from this company. Mike, at ext. 234 left me a message telling me 1st. "Yes, we will give you your money back and he wants to take care of his customer" 2nd call" "Talked to my manager and he said we can not give money back but can exchange it" Last call "Our policy says no Refunds or exchanges on closeout product" Problem is, they sent the wrong item (Size) I have never written a review and I was so angry at this theft, I decided to give a buyer beware. I will also get my money back from Visa. These guys should be out of business and are a disgrace to the Internet community.

I was lied to! The "Bell Store" told me they were connected to the Rantoul, IL, Easton Bell Company and any information Easton Bell tells consumers is just like asking the "Bell Store." I got bad information from BOTH Easton Bell and "The Bell Store" regarding the compatibility of Apex pivot kits to Zephyr helmet. They BOTH told me the Apex pivot kit was compatible, but when I received the kit and tried to install it on my Zephyr helmet, the holes did not align whatsoever. Its incompatible. "The Bell Store" gave me an RMA # and they lead me to believe they would give me a full refund including shipping since they gave me bad information. They lied again because they did not refund the shipping. I would not recommend doing business with this company based on the above information.

Boots were ordered online, only going to oceanside from their place in long beach/signal hill, so showed up fast.. turns out needed one size down. talked to Wes over the phone who was cool about it all and looked up the order based on last name, didnt have order number handy. He also verified they had the one-size-down in stock that i wanted to exchange for. Called again next day to confirm ok to exchange closeout item, he assured me all was well. I show up with the boots, victor handled all this.. they take a short time to handle the new invoice/paperwork and im on my way. Good price, good service, good deal. negative reviews down below sound like duplicates or idiocy.. size 6XL helmet? no such thing exists, sounds like some of their past customers were tools.

Just got my AFX -FX100 Helmet . It took two and a half weeks to get here but thats my only gripe. The helmet is spot on. The finish and quality are amazing for a skullcap under one hundred dollars and there are features like the inner sun shield visor that you should only get with helmets costing at least twice as much theres also the unique quick release system for the helmet instead of D rings . If your a wise shopper as most people are these days you should take this helmet under consideration . Be advised though these helmets run on the small side so its a good ideas to order it a size larger than you usually purchase . Youll be more than satisfied with your order. Ask for James he was extremely helpful in placing mine .

I wish I had listened to the bad reviews here and on various motorcycle forums. As someone else said, I wish I could offer zero stars...showed an item as in stock, and at a great price, then 2 full days later respond with "sorry, that item is out of stock" and offered a discount off of full msrp on a similar item (discount was essentially going to bring full msrp back down inline with theirs and other online retailers prices, ie no actual discount). Bait and switch at it's worst. Would avoid the frustration regardless of how good the deal seems. Also, a week later, item is still in stock on their website.

Im sad to see such negative reviews. I am a retail store manager and had some of the best customer service I have ever had. I consider myself fairly picky when it comes to customer service, but Victor our sales person was amazing!! He was so incredibly patient with my husband and I. We are new to riding and needed to buy everything for us to ride. He found everything we were looking for and always with a smile. His manager Adam was very nice as well. They took their time with us and never pressured us into purchasing something we werent comfortable buying. We will definitely be going back!!

They still have an issue with online inventory being incorrect. I actually called after I ordered and whoever I talked to said it was in stock so I assume they misunderstood. I got an email the next day from Steve offering a discount. I emailed that this is what others have mentioned in reviews and he didnt take the time to reply and defend his company. The product still shows available so they must just not care. I think others have mentioned a bait and switch mentality on the web side. Whatever. Overall, not the worst experience ever but not a good one either.

Absolutely abominable customer service. I was shipped an incorrect jacket size and simply wanted to return and replace it. Between anywhere from 5-10 calls and 2-3 emails, I finally got through to a customer service rep and was promptly put on hold for 18 minutes before hanging up and trying again, only to get their automated message again (Ive already left a few messages). At this point, Im contemplating calling the credit card and disputing the charge BECAUSE I CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE OVER A SIMPLE RETURN. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot stress this enough.

Wish I could give a lower star rating! Website stock is completely off, which is not the bigger issue. The bigger issue is I talked personally to them and they verified the item was there, then less than a day later get an email saying its out of stock and my ordered is canceled. The same exact one helmet was crosslisted in many places including Ebay. At this point I question whether my order was cancelled because they got a higher price on Ebay, which in my opinion is questionable business ethics. Never ever again.

Avoid this seller if at all possible: Seller advertised Joe Rocket RS-2 Rain Suite as available and in stock, so I order it on 17th Sept. after, 11 days I still havent received the item. I called the Seller and he said; "that the item was out of stock and they had to order it" and thats why it hasnt been sent. Seller advertises, and sells, items they dont have in stock, and you wait till they receive the item before it can ship.

I recently purchased a motorcycle helmet from Extreme Supply and was really happy with the whole experience. The have a huge selection and the sales person I spoke with, Armando, was patient, friendly, professional and helpful. I received the helmet when he said I would. I called back to speak to Armando and was immediately connected to him. I like the way they run their business. I plan on doing more business with them.

Doug-Jan 25,2012 Very Helpful and willing to work with you. I ordered three helmets on Friday and received them on Wednesday. Victor, the young man that helped me , went out of his way to do all he could for me.He went to the warehouse several times to check stock so that I would get what I ordered. The only bad that I can say is their web site inventory was not up to date. Would use these guys again and again.
