My friend bought a New Honda 1200, nice dark blue color, with saddle bags, and wind shield. Very nice! He introduced me to this dealership. He was very happy with them. Not pushy! They let you look and dream! Purchasing is a delight. He did shop around at other places. He got an idea for the prices. His motorcycle came with the accessories from the Honda. At other dealers they made it look that they added on the saddle bags and wind shield. (This is BS the motorcycle comes from Honda as a package deal at the price stated.) He only needed to add a few extras. Anyway he got his motorcycle way less with the things he wanted on the motorcycle. The sales manger tried to hold on to a higher price.(This is business!) But he met my friend almost all the way to the price He wanted. After the sale the sales manager and my friend were still friends. Other places did not want to deal unless we were going to buy right there and then. This is not the sales ways of today. I went last week to meet the sales manager for myself. He was good. I told him I was not ready yet. Told him how happy my friend is with them and his bike. He showed me nice ideas with used as well as new bikes. I am coming back to get my motorcycle from Midcity Honda because of him. Their sales manager has been there 11 years. Laid back guy. He enjoys dealing with us. I would purchase a motorcycle from them. I am in Pasadena, so there a lot of dealers around. My friend lives in Temple City. No body is buying their bikes from Power sports Temple City. They just dont deal at all. They have the same motrocycles from 8 months ago. Berts is nice and has a lot of bikes to offer. But their sales staff are like bees attacking us. They show prices on the motorcycles and when people start to deal with them. They come back with a higher price and say they dont show this price and that price. (BS!) MidCity shows the price plus the shipping and to assemble and what the bike costs and say plus tax and lic. so we know we need to add the extra prices up front. I would purchases a motorcycle from them.both Honda and Kawaski are both great companies. None of these motocycles are junk and trouble free.

I bought my first bike from this dealership back in 06 a Honda Rebel. Went back four months later and traded up to an 07 Shadow Aero. I waited for half an hour to talk to the same gentleman that sold me my first bike. Justin is an awesome guy and worked with me on all aspects of the sale. Last week I got into an accident on that bike. Soon as the insurance figures out the settlement I will be back to buy a new bike. Kyle and all the other service guys have always been the best with all the work on my bikes and I refuse to take my rides anywhere else. Mid-Cities Honda will always be my first stopped for a new or used bike. Keep up the great work guys! There parts and accessories department is also wonderful. Bought my boots and gloves and m helmet from them too. Cant reccomend this dealership enough.

This is the worst service I have ever had, I called 3 different times trying to get red plastics for a arctic cat wildcat sport and each time they said they would "look into it" and call me back, never got a call back, still I gave them one more try, I called and asked of they had arctic cat fluid for a wildcat sport diff and tranny, the guy in parts on the phone said yes, I show up, after a 45min drive! and no they are trying to sell me kawasaki fluid.. I have tried many times now and they have failed everytime.. I hate to say this but Berts has better customer service, I will clearly have to go back there.

Dont come here the stores are run by IDIOTS. I called to verify to see if they had a certain part for my Kawasaki ninja. I gave them part number and everything just to make sure they had it because it was quit the drive. I arrive tell them i got a part on hold and goes to the back and tells me they dont have it but have to special order it. What a bunch of IDIOTS doesnt even offer me a expressed delivery for my troubles... Honestly just pay the extra dollars at burts mega mall, they will certainly have the part.

This is the nearest Honda dealer from me (4 miles away) and its where I get all my parts and accessories from and I dont really need parts right away except for an emergency last week. Dani not only helped me by getting my oem sprocket and brake pads asap to get me back on the road, but he also gave me the best prices for them. If you need parts and accessories, give him a call and he will take care of you! Dani, thanks again! My 600rr and I are back on the road and its running smooth as silk!

I bought a wildcat sport xt about 8 months ago and the sales guy Saldon was excellent he did everything possible to get me financed plus hooked me up with some accessories at half of there cost Wich was sweet when I took it in for its first service I only paid 375$ and over at Berts they were charging me 750$ Berts is a rip off thats all I have to say plus my sport was 15k at mid cities and at Berts they were charging me 20k plus they are a joke.

I have been using Mid Cities exclusively as my motorcycle dealer for 5 years now. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff go out of there way to assist you and answer questions. Ive been a customer of theirs for several years and purchased 3 dirt bikes from them. No pressure sales staff makes it easy to make a deal. I live in Orange County and drive to Paramount which I drive past several dealers to do business with the best.

From the moment I walked in these guys were a pleasure to speak with and very informative. Went in to buy a dirt bike tire with my rim in hand. They offer free install if tire is purchased through them. Walked the show floor while tire was being installed. It was clean with plenty of toys in stock. Back to the tires, best deal for tire and install. Took less than an hour. I will go back.

WOW!!! talk about price gauging, I called for a n air valve kit for a kawasaki that cost 20.00 to 30.00 at most places and mid cities wanted 60.00 and that was just for one part of the kit, needless to say the will be keeping this part on there shelf another 21 years, so if your needing parts for your bike then I suggest you buy online.

I went here to get some new tires for my KNinja and it only took about 1.5 hours. Everyone helped me and didnt mind answering my questions. The only flaw is there is really no waiting room for when your bike is being worked on. There is one bench in the merchants department, but its not comfy to sit on for more then a couple of minutes.
