I bought my first bike at a mega store in covina and even though I walked out with a bike, it left me feeling like I had been taken. Second bike I bought I decided to go to everyone else but them. I knew what I wanted to pay for the bike I really wanted. After failed attempts at other locations I dropped in to see what they had at BFMoto. I met Doug and told him what I was looking for. He had an answer for me within 5 minutes. Signed the paperwork and was out in 40 min. Now on my third bike and I still shopped around. Last person I went to see was Doug and he was just as helpfull as before. I should have started here... i have reccomended this place to my brother and my friends. Dougs been a straight shooter from the beginning. Hope to keep doing business here. No experiences in the parts dept. Or service dept. As of yet but when I do ill post a review.

Recently I was in the market for a new motorcycle. I picked out the one I wanted [Yamaha v-star 950t] and called five local dealerships. Of all the retailers I called only three were ready to talk business on the phone. After calling them several times each, I was able to get a great deal at this location. Money aside, the people I spoke with at BF motorsports were friendly and professional; especially the manager, Bob. Our verbal agreement was honored and there was no typical salesman sleaze involved. They dont have a very large selection of vehicles, and their parts/gear department is pretty dismal, but a friendly and honest staff makes this business one I would, and have, recommend to friends and strangers alike.

This place sucks! Never again will I set foot in this $#@!&% store. They sell broken crap and they do not stand by it they told me I broke it. Hey it was not an expensive purchase but still. They can only screw me once. The problem is that most Suzuki Dealers suck also. So far Del Amo sucks,Bellflower Motorsports sucks and Long Beach Motorsport sucks. I will try Southland next but I am seriously considering changing bikes so I can have another brand were ALL the dealers dont suck. Avoid Bellflower Motorsports. Not worth going there. Dishonest to the max. Right now I would have to say do not buy a Suzuki although they are great bikes their dealers are terrible.

My father and I have been going to this place for years. The Parts/ Accessories department always offers outstanding service whether you purchase in person or online. The Service department has never wrenched on my bikes, but they have done my water craft and that service has always been satisfactory. I myself have never used the Sales department, but my father said Raj is a good guy always willing to work with you and meet you at a median. We like to support our local businesses first- and to this date, they have never failed us. Thank you for all your hard work and great attitudes; keep it up!

Im so glad I chose Bellflower Motorsports to makeover my 2006 Suzuki Hayabusa. They worked very closely with me, specifically Alfredo, to get everything I wanted. The finished product exceeded all of my expectations. They take pride in the work they do, so they wanted things to be as perfect as I wanted them to be. I get asked ...who did your bike... all the time, and I proudly refer them to you everytime. Thanks to everyone at Bellflower Motorsports, for making my vision for my bike a reality! They have 2 parts, the shop where they sell motorcycles and another shop right next to it where they sell gear/parts. Customer Service is VERY BAD. Nobody even looks at you when you walk in, greets you or anything. Even when you walk up to the counter they keep talking and joking without even looking at you!! Ive been to alot of places and seen alot things but this was ridiculous. edit: I want to give 1-star but it automatically selects 5-stars when I save it... So its supposed to be ONE STAR.

This place is amazing I like the no pressure sales guy. The transaction was smooth and so was the sale! I was shopping around for my first bike and I didnt like the other places especially del amo motor sports they were going to charge an arm and a leg! But not with these guys, they gave me tips and little advice on how to ride and how to maintain my r3. Loved it ever since Im about to go get an r6 for me and give my wife the r3. Im keeping my buissiness with these guys. Highly recommend!

Jose Murillo was the sales specialist who helped me out! Was in the market for a dualsport and came to look at their DR400S....Jose knows his stuff!! He was very polite and informative! Absolutely best service ive ever experienced at any dealer. I also have to give thanks to Doug who manages the dealer, stand up guy 100%! No BS AT ALL! I went to other competitors but their service was horrible. I will bring all my business to Bellflower Motorsports! Thanks Jose and Doug!!

Took my bike there to have an electrical problem fixed. They never called to update or inform me of any progress. I had to call at least once a week to know what was going on. After a month, finally got the motorcycle back, only because I called in. I took the bike home, and noticed the check engine light on. I had to bring it back. now that was a new problem they are going to try fix. they took over 30 days to fix a six hour labor problem. very poor customer service.

I went to Bell Flower motor sports about 2 weeks ago not expecting much but man was I wrong I thought there parts department was knowledgeable and were eager to help me get what I needed. Their cashier promply cashed me out. I think the only bad thing I could think of was I guess the presentacion of the store but it did not bother me. I will be going to bell flower motor sports again.

My experience at Bellflower Motorsports was Excellent!!! From the moment I walked in, Doug was friendly and answered all my questions. My biggest concerns were PRICE and FINANCING!!! Doug hooked it up!!! Guys, dont waste your time going to Mega Malls and having to deal with vultures who want to screw you over. Go to Bellflower and see for yourselfs.

Great, service! I purchased my Suzuki S40 and Doug took very good crae of my needs. He explained features, pricing and financing options with absolutley no pressure. Made my experience excellent, I dont like the pushy sales techniques most of the big dealers have. no talking to 4 diffrent people to buy one bike. I would reccommend to friends without a doubt!

This place is under new ownership and you can tell, they were super helpful and they actually have bikes on display (like all of the color choices and different models) and they have a couple new guys who were way cool to talk to, Savuth and Victor know a ton about my personal favorite bike, the Yamaha R6, this is my new go to place for sure!

These guys are incredible! went in and no pressure sales at all. I actually had the choice to go to another dealer and save $200 dollars on the bike I wanted (FZ07) but I ended purchasing from these guys! Price didnt end up being the biggest of my concerns the quality of service here is great.....this place is on the right track. Thanks Doug!
