I have genuinely never experienced worse customer service or treatment as a person. Poor quality work as employees clearly would rather be doing anything else but their job. After waiting for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me waiting at the counter, the employee looked up my job (about which I had called only 30 minutes prior) and said that it was on hold and someone needed to come talk to me. After waiting for another 5 minutes while he literally paced behind the counter the whole time, the "manager" looked up and didnt say anything until I told him I was waiting to speak to someone. It was as if he enjoyed trying to make my experience awful. He said there is no way the job would br done by the time promised by the online print service and two live employees at that location. Needless to say, I will never waste my time at that FedEx Office again and would strongly against you going there if you need anything done professionally and in a timely manner. I sincerely hope that either the owner replaces all of the employees there during my visit or that it gets shut down. Truly a terrible, awful experience.

Why cant every FedEx location be the same?? This place is nothing like my friendly Foothill Ranch location. I came in to see a long line and about FIVE employees behind the counter talking amongst themselves and ignoring the line. I was there for 5 minutes waiting and wondering if I should leave and find another location until they finally decided to do their jobs and start working on the line. When it came to me, the employee simply shrugged me off, gave me some brief instructions, and let me go. I was left to figure out what to do on my own but luckily I was ok and didnt need any help because Im sure it would have just pissed me off and infuriated me even further. I wont be back. Next time, I need any of FedExs services Ill find another location.

I have been to this FedEx office twice now, and so far I have been happy with the service and quality of prints. Im a graphic design student and I frequent these places often to print projects, and have had my fair share of headaches with service and quality. I was happy when they said that they carried 12x18 cardstock paper, because the one by my house does not. The same guy helped me the two time Ive been there and never game me any problems. Although, the first time I went, a lady who worked there wanted to send me to the self-service printers, when I refused because they take too long, this guy was happy to help me. Ill probably continue going to this one as long as the service continues to be as good as it has been.

This Kinkos has poor service! I sent in a picture to get color copied. They waited 2 hours to call me back to let me know it will cost me $8 to just make the size of picture 8 X 10. This is the 8th time I have used this service and it has costed me 0.81 cents. Now they want $8 to size the picture. I can get a photo color copy for cheaper. I work for a corporation which uses this Kinkos often. We will no longer use this business.

Whether you call, or walk in, you can guarantee yourself the worst Fedex Kinkos experience. It always takes a village to answer simple fedex questions, and together they unite in the same confusion and dysfunction. Poor experience in October via phone, and here I am months later doing it to myself again. I have to stop driving by and running in. The cashier is friendly. Oh, hes taking money!

Worst service ever. I had to use the self print machine because the person behind the desk didnt want to bother helping me. The concept of the self help copier is great. Unfortunately it is beyond slow and takes 10 min per print withiut the ability to select more then 1 file....not so fun when you have 8 pages to print. Would never come back.

These guys were great! I got my self in a time crunch and came in frantic for my job to be done. They rushed it and were completely helpful and accommodating. 100% would recommend them, especially Jon in the print shop!
