I had an incredible experience with this particular fedex. I made an order that was to be ready at 6:00pm. Lisa called me to tell me that the order would not be ready until 8:00pm. I asked her if any other Fedexs in the area could process the order before then and she told me she would inquire and call me back. After a few minutes she called me back, notifying me that they were going to try and squeeze in my order and have it ready by 6:15pm. While I obviously appreciate that they rushed to get my order in, I am even more impressed that they were willing to call me beforehand to let me know it would be late. This is excellent business practice and I will be coming back without a doubt!

The worst, surly slovenly service of ANY business I have been in for the last year!! They look down at their computers trying to avoid the gaze of any potential customer. The manager ignored me completely until I finally asked him to help me -he didnt even look at me and in a snide voice replied: when we get around to it and then walked into his office (not to return). I finally had to ask a lady to help me (she was also ignoring frustrated customers) and she rolled her eyes and trudged over. Absolutely pathetic.

These winners closed 3 hours earlier than they should have on new years eve. I even called ahead to be sure... I got there three hours early but they were locked up. They knew I was driving a long way and never said a word. I had $200,000 in software that HAD to ship. For a 24-hour store...this Fed-Ex location really screwed me over. What they did was way wrong and they did it intentionally because they wanted to start the party early. Dont trust the losers or theyll screw you over too.

Every time I do in there to get copies made they are so rude and not helpful. I have spoken with the manager who seems nice and does help me but it is too bad that I need to wait for one particular person. Today I went in and instead of asking me what I want they sent me to the self service printing without know that I wanted postcard paper etc. I walked out and will NEVER return. This is most unprofessional place ever!!!

The people used to be nice here but since it has changed names they have a different crew. I cant understand what they are saying and they overcharge. I got a scan yesterday that was $16.00 that we used to pay $2.00 for. The guy working said it would be $10, which I thought was high, but then it was $16. They are slow, rude, and a rip-off. I like fed-ex shipping, but will not go here again.

I was being helped after a half hour wait. While making a color decision the guy helping me clocked out and left. While clocking out he told me he called someone who never came. I left after another half hour... and will NEVER go back. Hire some young kids who still have some enthusiasm left.

Place is so unorganized. I dont recommend you go here if your trying to get things done in a timely manner. As a small business owner, I would say it is more disappointing than anything.

I love this FedEx, I was in and out within 5mins. Its way better than the one by mainplace mall. Will print more copies there.
