Horrible service. My 1st time there to drop off some boxes, and the owner is extremely rude for no reason at all. Looks like just the way he is, being a bad person. He almost yelled at me the whole tine i was there. He asked me to bribg the boxes up on the scale, and to the pile for drop off, rudely with no manner. He just wants me to do his job instead. I really feel that way. I feel being treated like a poor employee there, not a customer. He was lazy enough that didnt do any effort to carry any of my 2 boxes, yet he even drop them from the desk to the floor twice, without saying sorry. And even worse, i was the one who pick those boxes up. I tried to calmed down cause hes an old man, like 55-60. But he goes way to far. Extremely bad service. Sucks, service non existence at all. I would have given -5 stars if the rating system allowed. That just to shows how unhappy and unsatisfied i was. HATE THIS PLACE! PS: Closed early. I knnow this from a previous time getting there around 4pm to drop off my package just to turn back home because it was already closed. It was on Saturday, supposed to be closed at 5pm, not 4pm.

I cam in trying to rerutn a bix to amazon, i understand they need to charge for tape $.50 a package then she said I need to spend $3 minimum, I was really blown away because my ups store in Santa Clarita is so good they always smile and make the experience great, in turn I spend hundreds of dollara there a year. I went and bought tape for $1 no minimum from another store and no have enough tape for fyture packages, I wont. Be back here

This place is a rip off. The Vietnamese guy their charge me $10 for a notary public and when I ask him to mail if for me. I handed him my letter envelope along with the document and he told me to get a large envelope instead and charge me $14.34 + $0.40 to ship it to Canada. When I got home, my parent said why didnt you mail it using first class for no more then $2.

Seriously, avoid this place at all costs! This place is pretty bad. Workers are pretty rude and not very helpful. I was there for about 20 minutes getting some issues figured out. I kinda felt bad for a couple people working there; it really looked like they hated their lives. It was visible to every customer that walked in.

This location has the worst customer service ever. After UPS lost one of my packages I have had to deal with the store filing my claim. At one point I called them to ask for the packages tracking number and they refused to give it to me. Save yourself from some major frustration and ship somewhere else.
