After visiting this particular Fedex many times, Ive generally stopped expecting anything but the absolute poorest service imaginable. First of all, when you approach the counter, expect to wait 5-10 minutes, even if you are the only person in the entire store. During that time, you can watch five employees do things like put new trash can liners in, flip through notebooks leisurely, chat with coworkers, sit around with their arms crossed, and do their very best to avoid any eye contact with you. Because as we know, if they acknowledge your presence, that means they need to help you. Eventually one of the employees will begrudgingly walk up to the front, in the same manner you might expect a criminal to approach his execution at the gallows. They will then say "Have you been helped yet?" despite having watched you stand there for 10 minutes, and when you reply "No" they will feign surprise. This happens every single time. When they do actually attempt to help you, dont expect them to know anything about their services or the equipment. They dont. Instead they will waste your time trying to figure out the equipment, as if they have never seen it before in their lives. During this time they will act annoyed by you and offer only short, snippy answers. If the equipment is malfunctioning or broken, do not expect them to put up signs or inform you of this fact until you have wasted $1.50 trying to get the Internet to work in the computer lab. Unfortunately, my line of work requires frequent visits to this center, and its very close to my home. It is the only reason I keep coming back, like a convenient but ultimately unhealthy relationship. I am not sure if the employees are just getting stoned in the back office every day or if they just hire the dumbest human beings imaginable, but if you must visit this location, be prepared for a terrible experience.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION if you want your print job to be completed on time, complete and correct! And do not go to this location if you are looking for stellar customer service. I submitted a print job that consisted of 9 different confidential documents (separated, double sided and 3-hole punched) and received a confirmation at 1:03 p.m. that my print order was complete. I attempted to pick up my order at 4:00 p.m. only to find my confidential documents sitting on one of the work counters, unboxed and incomplete. When the documents were finally boxed, I received 2 documents that were printed on a single side. The only detail they delivered on my order was the 3 hole punching. I asked to speak with a manager, as this was my third visit in a month and each visit was worse than the last. I explained the situation to the manager, who questioned the employees in front of me rather than attempting to correct the situation. Then the manager and 2 employees attempted to separate my documents. At this point, I dont see how 3 people working on the same set of documents are going to improve the situation so I asked for my print order and said I will deal with it myself. Only then did the manager ask if I wanted the order reprinted. She finally apologized for their error when she handed me my documents. Her apology was INSINCERE and throughout this interaction she lacked any leadership.

Best customer service I have received compared to the other FedEx locations. Be warned this place gets busy, one minute it will be dead and the next min you will see 20 other people in line with you. They have a good crew many times Ive had my print jobs done in an hour, dont expect them to do your prints on the spot though its easier to do it yourself . Why would you go into a place anyways and expect to do 1000 prints on the spot do it your dam self it saves you money. Thats like going into subway and saying o can i have 20 subway sandwiches made right on the spot, even though no ones going to eat it until tomorrow night. * see that doesnt make sense, so why would you sit there for an hour and wait for 1000 prints.*Dont forget its your fault if you do things at the last minute..

Two employees were friendly and took my package without any problem (thats why the rating is two stars instead of one). However, I totally agree with another reviewer about this place trying to milk people. I have been rejected twice on my package by the same employee (middle aged lady). She tries to come up with all sorts of "faults" with my package and tells me that if I pay extra fee, she will fix it. Most of the other shipping locations honest tell me what I need to do to fix the problem myself. However, this lady just goes straight into talking about additional fees I need to pay to "fix" my "faults." So I took my package to another location, and sure enough, they took it without problem. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

This place is a milking place, dont go here. I tried to send my recalled smartphone to the manufacturer in Texas with the factory provided strong box, with prepaid return barcode. The guy at the counter pointed out that he got to re-box the whole thing as a company policy, and charge me for it. I told him that the factory told me to use their provided box or lose warrantee. But my words feel on deaf ears, so I picked up my box and drove to another Fedex store a mile away. Sure enough the nice lady there received it with a smile, she even added additional tape to the sides ! I just pity the jr college students across the street, Im sure many are already milked and exploited by this store...sad.

I believe that anyone can do more than what the j.o.b description you get paid for demands! I can see why people feel the awkwardness vibes. I went in there at around 4pm and was never acknowledge by anyone in the shop!? Id never been here so first impression is important to me. Making my way around the shop and reading the signs I found what I needed, a copy machine. Machines there are straightforward and very user friendly so for that I gave it a 3 star rating. Staff needs improvements! A friendly reminder to all, we are all customers and or clients to someone, so might as well treat everyone with a kind gesture!

The workers here dont even know how to operate the printers in the store. Employees are untrained, poorly managed, and extremely RUDE, especially the short, overweight older woman whose only response when asked for assistance is to refer you to a manager who will take 10 minutes to show up. Due entirely to the incompetence of the employees I was unable to get the prints I needed on my last two visits (once for oversized B/W prints, and once for a simple jpeg off a jump drive!) and had to drive to a print shop in another city to get them done. Boycott this store.

The 4 big women working there all have a terrible anti-business attitude, and have completely forgotten whos customer and whos servant. Theres some serious cliquing here that results in a lazy and self serving attitude, and should be broken up by FedEx corporate asap, by reassigning at least 3 of these women. There is a persistent "not possible attitude here, instead of the opposite. I will file a formal complaint against this store soon. Do not go here unless you just have to drop something off!
