KL is so very wrong. I was there; I saw what he did. He was a cheapskate, did not have a $1 as requested. He was rude and had attitude. The store has its policies and procedures and they were not aligned with what KL expected. KL expected someone to basically give him whatever he wanted, period. I was standing there listening to someone demean another person and did not appreciate having to listen to KLs negative attitude. In a calm manner, I tried to interject because I have been a long time customer of the store and never had the same experience as KL, nor have ever noticed it when they service other customers.I basically tried to tell KL that sometimes our perceptions are incorrect. KL called me white trash because I dared to defend the store and speak up to him. This whole time, the employee remained calm and never talked against KL. People, watch out for KL because he is a time-bomb ticking away. One day he will explode and the results may not be good. Stay clear of the man!

okay, i was reading the reviews and i have agree to kl. i have been there a few times since it was close to where i live then something happened. i was told by my friend to ship ups with a special type of delivery. no one there knew what it was so the lady boss was helping me. when i told her what i wanted she said shes been been there many years and never heard of anything like that and when i asked her to call ups and find out she wasnt very pleased. her exact words were ive explained to the customer that ups doenst have this type of service and the customer wanted me to call anyways while showing signs of frustration. also, she was very impaitent and rude. its safe to say i never went back again and theyve lost my business forever. these stores are individually owned and the service is not up to bar and not professional. again, do not deal with the female boss. the old dog should not be there though

This UPS store has always been Extremely helpful to our family and professional. My family has lived in San Gabriel for 50 years and found this UPS store honest, reliable, friendly and courtesy.Whenever I needed to sent a package to my child at college they were helpful and the package was always delivered in a timely fashion. Staff has been helpful with faxing, printing and mail service. Ive always been more then satisfied. This is a business that adds value to the community of San Gabriel. Bob, Lisa and Staff have always gone over and beyond to help our family with their services to make our lives a little easier. They are an asset to the community.

the mail courier our area perfectly defines human feces. Rude, unprofessional, racist, and never deliverys my mail on time. I had a package that was supposed to arrive today and he didnt deliver. no, not the first time either. this happens all the time and consistently. Ive complained to this facility, to USPS headquarters and still... they let that mail courier work even though there are constant complaints about him. when his own coworkers cant stand him, it should say something about that mail couriers character, morals and ethics.

Avoid this store. We had some packages to send to Canada. We walked in and had to wait as he chatted and chatted and chatted with the people ahead of us. Then we asked one question and he "barked back" we dont do that here! It would have been more business like if he had said, "how may I help you?" or, "you can get help with this in this way" or "let me see how to help you" or "this is what I can do.....this is what I am not able to do" "you can do this" or given us more direction.. it was just was not a friendly place to walk into.

These mother f***ers close whenever the hell they feel like it! I arrived at the store at 7:20 and it clearly states that the store is open until 7:30 online and at the door. It was locked who nows how much longer before I even got there and the people from inside looked at me and then looked away. So rude and unprofessional! Only fed ex from now on!

Well, what can I say? I have to agree with those who have given this business an one-star rating. This business deserves it. The question is when will UPS yank their license because this store has given UPS a bad name. It would be nice if the management here understand a thing or two about minimum courteous service and simply being professional.

Arrived at location at 630pm. Sign shows they are open til 730 called 30 minutes prior to arriving at location and no answer when I get there door locked lights shut off. What kind of business are you guys running. Will never ship with ups again, unreliable service.
