So bad..need to go back and forth to my car just to get the exact amount of $13.87 coz they dont have a change for $50 bill...at this time still they dont have a change for $50...or the guy just being lazy....very bad experience..and the guy who helped is very rude..and giving me a wrong quotation for the color print...guys theres a lot of people that needs a job...if you dont like what youre doing ...go quit.....go to the farm instead and plant banana..customer service is very bad...they should post a sign that says no large amount than $20...

Had to wait for hours, and staff didnt even acknowlege me that i had to wait that long or whats the deal. when i wanted to ask something they just turn their heads away, n finally told me to just back off n they will get to me when they want. the way they look at you... like you did something to their family, reminds me of the DMV ppl @______@ im driving 3 extra miles to the one on flair dr. now. ppl there are extremely nice and helpful.

The staff that works here are so nice and helpful. I love going there for all my printing and shipping needs...I really like the day when the give out free coffee and cookies...I will continue to give them my buisness and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

Horrible service employees look so miserable & they dont like helping you out with the computer or copy machine.. they take forever.. the prices are ridiculously expensive.. Go to ups store faster, better low prices wit great customer service

Convenient place to make copies. It can get busy at times. This place needs a self-service copy card machine like the one at West Covina. Staff is mostly helpful. It wasnt always so in the beginning. Kelley was the best employee here.

People here seem to hate life. On more than one occasion I have experienced the computers not booting quickly and stealing about 10mins of my time. Equipment is outdated and staff refuses to help Id rather drive to Kinkos in west covina!

Never shipped through them cuz Im smarter than that but i do pick up stuff from time to time and its pretty quick even when its busy. If youre just picking up a package they kinda expedite your place in line with the people shipping.

Been waiting in line for 20 minutes just to get a print card . Ridiculous . Im stuck behind a question galore queen. Non stop question asking . The end will never come. I have a meeting to make and Im stuck here

Its small for a kinkos but if you need a pc its here not many printing stations but does the job staff seem friendly
